The day after the Generic Hair Straightener arrived, my wife took off to the opposite coast to visit family, taking the Generic Hair Straightener with her. She’s commented that it’s a great styling tool to take on the go. It fit comfortably in her carry-on bag.In the hand, the Hair Straightener Brush gives the impression of a solid build. The power cord is thick and amply reinforced where it bends to enter the body brush. It is controlled with two buttons, one for powering it on and off and the other a mode button, for choosing different wind speeds, including no wind and cold wind. Once on, short presses of the power button change to one of two temperature options; when the temperature is changed, a white LED on the handle will blink until the Brush has come up to that operating temperature.My wife has long straight hair and said the seller’s description of the Brush as a styling tool is apt and accurate; she would not characterize it as a blow dryer. She says it’s great for straightening her hair after a shower, and she likes using it to shape specific areas, for example her bangs. Additionally, she commented that it adds luster and shine to her hair, similar to a flat iron.My wife and I both found the directions for choosing and changing the various wind and temperature modes a little confusing at first. In our case, we found that playing with the two buttons while following the user manual helpful in understanding its operation. Once understood, the Styling Brush works as described. The manual also includes styling and usage tips for different hair types. For my wife’s hair type, long, straight and fine, brushing it out with the Styling Brush in Hot Air Mode results in a shiny, silky smooth and perfectly straight finish.I asked her what to rate it, and she said 5-Stars. She really likes it and uses it frequently, and has no criticisms of it.

This hair straightener brush is a great option for anyone looking for a quick and easy way to straighten their hair. The hot air allows for fast styling without causing heat damage. I still use a heat protectant on my hair. It is worth noting that with the fan on this straightener it can be a bit loud.I like thick cord prevents twisting. I found that the brush worked well on my thick hair without causing any damage. The automatic shutoff feature is a great safety feature that ensures the brush doesn't get too hot and turns off at 10 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy with this hair straightener brush and would recommend it to anyone with crazy hair like mine.

It heats up fast, and the 33000RPM motor really makes a difference when smoothing out my thick hair. I like that it has 3 modes and 4 temperature settings, which let me find the right heat level for my hair type without worrying about too much damage. Plus, it works on both dry and damp hair, which is a lifesaver when I'm in a rush. The dual voltage feature is perfect for traveling too.

I really like this straightening brush. It's perfect for when I want my hair to look a little sleeker, but either don't have the time to section and straighten my hair or feel that it doesn't need to be pin-straight. For the people with thinner/finer hair, you're going to want to pick larger sections than you would with a typical straightener in order to feel like the bristles are really catching your hair. I personally would not recommend using this on wet hair, despite that being one of the advertised uses. While the heat settings are lower, and it does have an airflow option that puts out a little bit of air, I think it is too much heat directly on wet hair, and will cause much more damage than your traditional hair dryer. It is harder to get the ends straight with this than it is with a traditional flat iron - I personally end up with a small curve at the end of my hair when using this. If you're looking for something that will completely replace a flat iron and give you pin-straight hair from root to tip, this is not what you're looking for. It isn't going to replace my flat iron.

For context I have long semi wavy thick hair. First off this blow drying option on this device did not work for my hair, it did not blow strong enough to do anything for my hair. So I use it for the hair straightening option when my hair is dry. It does a decent job at straightening my hair and flyaways, but it does not give slick straight hair like a flat iron. This may work better for someone with finer hair.

I am happy with this hair straightener, it is very helpful, saves time and reduces hair damage unlike other dryers. There are three modes and four heat levels, which makes it easy for you to choose the right heat to straighten your hair. It makes my hair soft and dry as well. I liked it.

This hair straightener brush does a good job at turning slight waves, and a bit more curly into nice straight hair. It is easy to use, doesn't hurt (unless you have unbelievable kinks and knots in your hair), and takes only a little time of use to work to turn not straight into perfect straight hair
