This is a great scrubber. Not the most powerful out there but since it was a gift for my sister in law, I needed one she could handle and this one fit the bill. Strong enough to clean, but not overpowering. The pistol grip and auxiliary handle helps her control the scrubber well. All attachments easy on easy off and very useful. Battery life is excellent, she wears out before the battery.Why not 5 stars? Because the first one Amazon sent came in a box that was in shambles. The top side of the box was missing and replaced with torn pieces of cardboard. The entire box was then wrapped in clear packaging tape. We didn’t open it. I called Amazon customer service and even sent pictures as I was incensed that someone in their warehouse thought this was ok to send to a customer. As usual customer service came through and sent an immediate replacement that showed up in a factory fresh box. I think Amazon needs to review some warehouse practices. This never should have happened. BUT hats off to the seller for making a very good scrubber which we recommend.
