This is a reasonable priced 90cm chimney with very powerful suction. Touch buttons are very sensitive & there is no need for forcing/pressing over these.The only downside in my opinion is that the inbuilt light is a bit insufficient. My model did not come with any type of exhaust pipe. I purchased a standard 6" aluminium pipe which was a perfect fit.The telephonic support from the regional dealership throughout the process of delivery and installation was wonderful.

The installation was done very quickly and received multiple follow ups till the time it was installed. The only downside is that the product doesn't come with the pipe and that is extra.

The chimney has good suction power, my kitchen is now smoke free because of Elica Chimney. Elica's products are great value for money, so only i did order Elica Vetro Glass Top 3 Burner Gas Stove (703 CT VETRO BLK) along with my Elica 90 cm 1200 m3/hr Auto Clean Chimney (WDAT HAC 90 NERO) and both of them are very easy to use, even my grandma could use it with ease.P.S. The only con that I could say is that the installation personnel or the agency is charging couple of hundred rupees more than what it is mentioned in the amazon page. If Elica can try to make the overall installation cost more standardized, then I guess more people will be happy with the overall experience and they'll write the true review.

Please dont buy this product. Works fine for a couple of years and one day the glass of climney bursted out. Service center will not help you with it and they will blame on you for it.Very Dangerous as the glass will blast on you out of nowhere.

The chimney is ok. Works well, reduces smoke. Not silent by any means. Haven’t needed to do any cleaning yet. However, do not buy this product from Amazon. If any problem comes during installation, Amazon after sales support is painful, rude and absolutely unsupportive. They will not even make any effort to understand or resolve the problem. Rather, if you are keen to buy this product or any big appliances for which after sales support is important then go with your local dealer. At least local dealer might listen to your problem and try to resolve

Firsts time purchasing an Elica Chimney. Came packaged well and we were able to get it installed the same day. After delivery, we received a call from Elica customer service asking for a time for installation. The entire process was smooth and the chimney seems well anchored after installation.Design looks quite nice too and it does its job well. The chimney light provided illuminates well too. This is one of the pricier chimney models though. Anyway, satisfied with the product overall.
