Disappointed with Shreyans Label Printer: Compatibility Issues, Poor Quality & Unhelpful Support
I recently purchased the Shreyans label printer, excited to streamline my online selling process. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and time-consuming. Here's why:Compatibility Issues:Flipkart Label Printing: The printer is incompatible with Flipkart's QZ tray, a crucial detail missing from their product listings. This rendered the printer useless for a significant portion of my needs.Amazon Label Quality: Even for Amazon labels, the print quality was dismal. Text appeared fuzzy and blurry, making it unprofessional and potentially scannable.Setup Hassle:3 Hours Wasted: Despite spending 3 hours trying to set up and troubleshoot, I couldn't get the printer to work properly with either platform.Misleading Information & Unhelpful Support:No Compatibility Warnings: Shreyans' listings failed to mention the Flipkart incompatibility, misleading buyers.Uninformed Customer Support: Initial customer service representatives were unequipped to handle my concerns and provided meaningless solutions. Finally, after several attempts, someone acknowledged the Flipkart issue but offered no real assistance.Conclusion:Avoid this printer at all costs if you plan to use it for Flipkart or require high-quality Amazon labels. The lack of transparency, poor product performance, and inadequate support make it a terrible value for money. I strongly advise looking for other brands that prioritize compatibility, quality, and customer service.

Don't but any product from shreyansh. quality of printer is worst and also printer do not work properly and most important is technical support from shreyansh is very much poor and they misbehave with customer. in short SHREYANSH PRINTER BEKAR AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT BAKWAS.
