Worst product
Not recommended, the candles are not working properly and just after 20 days of usage it has almost stopped working, poor quality candles. Atleast the company should check the quality of candles being provided.

Small part failure but major headache
Overall quality of the water purifier good. I faced a problem during installation as one of the nuts( which holds ceramic bulb) snapped as it is very thin material and due to it I had to run around a lot of shops to see if I can get nut but unfortunately didn't as the size is big. I had to then fix it with a screw tie. This I did because I am a technically inclined person but I wonder what a regular customer will do in such a situation. This is could have been avoided by: 1) better quality but 2) providing spare in case of failure

Steel quality very thin, Poor tap and its bush quality, leakage from tap Overall waste of money . I kept it because of lockdown otherwise it would be sent return

Filter candle is of poor quality. It only filters 3 litre of water in 24 hours.
