You wont be disappointed **Q: Do I have to exfoliate every time I have a shower?** A: I exfoliate about once or twice a week. I use this lotion every 3-4 days or maybe go even longer without using it and exfoliate just before I’m about to re-apply so it’s nice and even. **Q: How often would you recommend using this to get a nice glow before going away??** A: I am blond and fair skinned and I use the medium one but after two applications it gives me quite a deep tan. I normally do before bed and by the morning it has developed quite well. You need to exfoliate and get nice and smooth. If you don't use a mitt it does go a bit patchy but if put on evenly it looks very natural. So yeah two applications on the two days before you go. I've never tried any tanning products before but am due to go on holiday soon and didn't want to look like the milky bar kid!!! My skin tends to be a bit dry on my legs so this Dove actually moisturised them as well as giving a healthy glow. I only used a pea sized amount twice on each leg. You do need to make sure it's evenly rubbed in though as I did notice a couple of streaks. Also, when I had a shower, although I thought I'd scrubbed my legs well with liquid soap, when I dried them the tan was on my towel. It didn't appear to go on my bedding though.
