Product is good, packaging was really good i mean seller took full care for it definately. Now let's come to quality of the headphones, see the mic is really good it provide the experience to the listener as it provide clean and clear high pitched voice with 60-70 noise reduction. But i was bit disappointed with its cable quality and headband material quality, as it was average i mean if you are spending Rs.2600 over a headphone, good quality is what you do expect. But overall if you're a headphone for only good noise reducing mic purpose, this one is for you, don't expect base from it as it is not for listening music on high base. I am doing W.F.H so a good microphone headphone is what i was looking, and this headphone solved my issue. So yes go for it if your budget is under 3000.

Microphone quality is great and I have been on calls and people have been able to hear me very clearly. It supports Windows noise cancellation and signal clarifying features. The only downside is the cable quality. The cable is very flimsy and tends to break easily, I think. Other than that, it's a great value.

Hello Everyone, I have been using Sennheiser headphones this particular model for all my business meetings for over a year ( avg use is over 6 hours a day for the last 1 year). This is an excellent product and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good headset. I also record a lot of training sessions using my laptop. Sennheiser headphones with USB type are really easy to plug in and out while changing laptops as I use 2 laptops one for my office/business meetings and the other is my personal laptop. used for surfing the web and listening to music. This product has additional control of audio on the hard cable (a rotary one) which is excellent as you can adjust the audio based on who is speaking. This helps, as you don't need to use your laptop's audio controls. The other part is I have to cut my mic. frequently or turn it on and off using a switch that can be pushed up or down. This product has excellent features that I haven't found in other similar audio devices. The sound clarity is awesome. I had an AC on for 3 months during summer all the time and sometimes it is noisy but people in other countries cannot hear any noise when I speak or when my audio is on. Excellent noise cancellation feature. I purchased 2 other headsets costing 1.5 K each of a different brand. The noise cancellation was not good. The audio was not very clear as I had to hold the mic in my hand and holding it for a long time sucks as you tend to lower your hand down.

I have purchased this primarily for taking MS Teams calls from laptop. Call quality and noise cancellation at the receiver's end seems to be fine. Earlier I have used Plantronics headset. As compared to Plantronics, i didn't find any major difference in terms of taking calls. Comfort was also okay as I don't have to be in a meeting for more than 30 mins. There is a mute button but LED light on mute button is missing. This is okay considering it's price and what competition has to offer. Glad I didn't went for costlier Plantronics and Jabra headset since this gets the job done for me. Suggestion: Kindly keep your headset in a hard case so as to safeguard wires from physical and environmental damage.

Excellent sound quality. The length of wire is good. It is light weight, therefore no problem in wearing for long times. Equally comfortable for listening songs or for calls over internet. The rubber used in wires if of poor quality, as the rubber splits after few days of usage and exposes the internal wire. The rotary switch to manipulate the sound has also giving problems.

The product quality is decent, the wire get tangled all the times. I received the product with no issues, but my colleague bought the same product, it was not working after couple of days but EPOS has good return policy and gave new product. Comfort average, fit average, noise cancellation do the job for the price range, easy to use, only laptop comparable and it is adjustable/flexible despite of head size

Un fois n'est pas coutume et je ne suis pas satisfait du tout de la réactivité fantôme d'AMAZON dans la livraison de cet appareil. Mais commençons par l'appareil, c'est un choix très judicieux pour qui travaille avec un casque sur la tête, c'est l'objectif de cet appareil d'ailleurs ! Il est léger, voire même ultra léger mais son emballage aussi d'ailleurs, qui mériterait d'être un peu plus résistant car arrivé enfoncé sans toutefois de dommage au casque. Le son aux oreilles est de qualité de même que pour celui restitué par le micro, c'est important de le noter ! Pour la résistance des matériaux de construction, il faudra voire après quelques mois d'utilisation car même s'il paraît solide, l'ensemble n'est que plastique. La télécommande intégrée sur le câble est un plus précieux pour usage professionnel. Passons à la gestion de la livraison TNT par AMAZON : notons que j'ai un besoin urgent de cet appareil pour raison pro, mais comme j'ai un compte AMAZON PREMIUM, je ne m'inquiète pas, la livraison est garantie au jour donné. Et le jour dit de livraison, un samedi, je ne vois aucun livreur TNT à l'horizon, dommage d'attendre ainsi en vain pour signer le bon de réception. Je consulte le site TNT sur internet avec les coordonnées du colis et je remarque que la livraison bien que garantie le samedi, est décalée au jour ouvré suivant sans aucune raison ni aucun avis au client qui attend poliment chez lui.... merci TNT de votre politesse. Un petit mot à AMAZON qui me répond un dimanche (si si!) se charger d'enquêter sur la livraison... (ha bon, Colombo a repris du service !) mais çà ne fait pas avancer mon schmilblick ! Bon, je n'ai d'autre choix que de patienter au jour ouvré suivant, donc le lundi et là, rebelotte ! Aucun livreur TNT à l'horizon, la moutarde monte un peu et un nouvel appel au conseiller AMAZON qui me dit ne rien pourvoir faire car un autre s'en occupe déjà ! Bien mais moi je ne vois pas arriver mon colis urgent garanti samedi dernier et en errance avec un livreur TNT perdu sans GPS et un premier conseiller AMAZON qui joue les Colombo mais reste fantôme et inefficace. Et surprise, je reçois dans la journée un mel de TNT qui m'annonce que mon colis ne pourra pas m'être livré samedi ! (merci je m'en étais rendu compte on est lundi quand même !) puis un second qui m'annonce que le colis sera livré mardi. A quand même, il y a donc quelqu'un chez TNT qui se préoccupe des clients ! Je commençais à douter fortement. Et mardi midi, le livreur dépose dans la boite aux lettres le colis tant espéré ! Mais ce n'est pas finit (comme dans la pub !). Mercredi AMAZON réagit enfin concrètement en soirée et m'annonce des regrets pour le retard de livraison et m'adresse un second colis identique ! Alors que la livraison est maintenant effectuée....dommage. Je reçois en effet vendredi un second casque aussi inutile que renvoyé aussitôt. Dommage cette absence de réactivité d'AMAZON mais une fois n'est pas coutume et AMAZON conserve néanmoins toute ma confiance : c'est bien la première fois que j'ai tant de mal à me faire entendre. ------------------------- Aujourd'hui 13 avril, soit un mois plus tard, Colombo doit avoir pris sa retraite car je n'ai jamais eu aucune nouvelle de son enquête, dommage j'aimais bien Colombo moi ! le vrai bien sur..... La PC 8 USB é una cuffia USB dotata di microfono mobile, che può essere spostato di fronte all bocca o sopra la testa, estensibile per le dimensioni della testa, dotata di tasto di silenziatore per la voce e volume l'audio in ingresso. Utilizzo queste cuffie tra le 2 e le 4 ore al giorno di media, principalmente per corsi via Cisco WebEx. Riassumo sotto i punti positivi: - installazione molto veloce, riconosciuta come periferica e perfettamente funzionante - qualità audio ottima: non esageriamo che ci si può asoltare la musica, ma la qualità é davvero notevole - tasto del volume: si può regolare da un livelo piuttosto alto, che uso quasi mai, ad uno quasi vicino al muto. Un tasto separato permette, invece, di mettere il microfono in silenziatore - facili da indossare, la gommapiuma delle cuffie non dà fastidio -neanche con la temperature record di questa estate, possono essere estese facilmente per adattarsi alla testa la struttura é comunque esile - cavo non troppo lungo -2m- ma permette comunque di alzarsi e muoversi un pò - il microfono isola ottimamente i rumori: si può parlare anche in ambienti rumorosi e gli altri ascolteranno con poco disturbo Cosa poteva essere meglio: - la struttura é fragile, tutto in plastica. Nonostante questo non ho avuto problemi e non mi si é rotto nulla - avrebbe fatto comodo una sacca per tenerle -lo so, il prezzo... Difficile trovare di meglio francamente.
