I've been on a hunt to replace my Garmin 130 as the battery is getting weak. I also wanted to get the same flexibility to arrange data on screen as Garmin. After a few tries at other computers under around $70 I have landed with this Coospo CS500. Everything so far works perfectly. First, it does automatically upload to Strava without no complications. Your choice of arranging data on the screen is totally flexible. You can choose up to 7 data boxes and you can also choose to display any data in any location. I'm in my 70s and live in the USA desert southwest where the sun shines most days. I have no trouble seeing the display. I have a couple other items from this company and they seem to build good quality at a reasonable price.

Got this over the quite expensive competition. I didn't really need detailed mapping (I know most of my rides) and just wanted to collect and easily display data. This does the trick. Easily connected with the speed/cadence sensors, radar rear light and does a great job showing what you want on screen. You have a lot of control to display whats interesting during the ride knowing it'll capture everything for later analysis. Love the features for the price point!

Works well but three months in has a battery issue. Start with a fully charged battery and ride for two hours. Remove from the bike and power off. Two days later the battery is completely discharged. Update: To their credit Coospo immediately offered a full refund. The battery is currently holding and I really like the layout, configurability and functoniality so I will turn down their offer and continue to monitor performance to see if the issue occurs again. Rating adjusted accordingly.

This is one of the best cycling computers with navigation it only features bread crumb navigation like the garmin edge 130+ But for 95% of the cyclist this is the only cycle computer with GPS you need battery life very simple you can zoom in on the breadcrumb feature but no map or street name The value for money is excellent

Lasted 7 months :( Setup was easy. The connected app was good. It would sync with Strava just fine. Battery was incredible! Just didn’t last long. Issues started when the wheel sensor would lose connection while riding indoors. No biggie. It would pause for about 15 seconds, then 30, then a minute or two. Not horrible, because I’m not really “training.” Thought it was the sensor or sensor battery, but I don’t think that was the issue. Next issue was the Menu/Confirm button would stick closed. Which is weird because it’s sealed. I was able to get it to “pop out” again, but I found that odd. Then it wouldn’t turn on. I thought maybe I forgot to turn it off, but it should auto-shutdown. Then I plugged it in to charge, but no life. Did the hard reset but nothing. Checked the website and the suggested to connect it to a computer to “wake it up.” When I did that, the screen flashed on, the unit beeped, then nothing. It was a good unit, just didn’t last a full year.

I wasn't familiar with this brand but decided to try it out after watching a few YT reviews. It's a nice-looking compact unit and the construction feels sturdy. There are many screen customization options to suit any rider's preferences and the GPS lock is solid. It takes a little while to acquire a signal but it's easy to see when it's ready to use. All the functions work well and their app is quite good too. I did have an issue with the speed/cadence combination sensor but Coospo offered to replace or refund that part of my order without hesitation. Their customer service is very good and attentive. I still can't believe how little the CS500 costs relative to other computers on the market so I can't recommend this enough. You get quite a bit for just a fraction of what other brands charge and I'd buy this again without hesitation.

I couldn't bring myself to pay $300 or more for a bike computer. I mainly want to track fitness and have used a BC107 for that. I saw the CS500 and got excited about navigation and connection to electronic shifters to monitor battery level and current gear. Pros: * Least expensive bike computer with navigation I've found. * Works with ANT+ Speed, Cadence, and HR sensors (I use Coospo and Garmin sensors) * Configurable page displays. You can also disable pages you don't use so you don't have to scroll thru them * Uploads to Strava * Great battery life * navigation gives you a sanity check of your position and some basic cues for turns * you can create a gpx file from a previous ride record Cons: * Navigation only shows a track of gpx file waypoints. Useful when following a course as long as you have a gpx file. It does not show any other mapping info or allow you to enter a destination address. Not that I expected it to at this price point. I'll use my phone if I get lost. * Despite saying it connects to electronic shifters, it currently only works with SRAM, not Shimano Di2. Disappointing because I have Di2. They say it's coming in a future firmware update. * Customer support will respond, eventually (34 days on my last inquiry and the response was not helpful). Not within 24 hours as they advertise.

Initially I was very impressed with this product. I’ve accumulated many KMs on my bike using this computer. However, went out for a ride yesterday and the screen froze to all white. No options to reset, it’s also disconnected from the app so there is no way to reset it there either. Quite frankly very disappointed as there’s nothing I can do about it and there is no information out there for support. I should have known better to go to the cheaper option in comparison to the Garmins etc
