Gears slip: It will not inject
I tried it once and did not work (gears slipped).I looked at it later that day and it looked like it was working right.so i resterilized it and tried again a few days later. It still slips.now my guarantee is off (30 days if there ever was one).can not return it.So sorry i bought it.Rob

The device works but I asked the seller an important question and never got a response
I like the fact that one of the attachments worked, but the other one did not due to incorrect size. I sent a message to the seller to inquire why the second attachment did not work and if an additional plastic insert was available. I never got an answer

Got stuck and can not take the anestehesic tube off
Cant remove the anesthesic tube....it got stucked after 3 uses
