I've written the proper directions for you, the manual is not well written. The machine is a good bargain for what it is, they went for functionality over high quality but balanced the parts life spans and unit construction with the price. 1. Place machine on stable surface, raise the machine at least 6 inches off of the ground to maintain the gravity feed system for drainage. 2. Insert clothing, Do not over fill the unit, you should be able to freely move the articles around inside the drum by hand. Place too many articles of clothing in the machine will cause aggressive abrasion markings on the cloth at the bottom of the machine as it cannot cycle the clothing around properly to agitate. a. You may also place Detergent in prior to the clothing depending on your washing preference’s. 3. Insert detergent, use approximately 1/4 to 1/6 what you would use in a normal unit. 4. Select the speed of the cycle standard or soft using the left dial. 5. Fill the machine to the appropriate level that covers your clothing. a. You do not need to use the water inlet hose, this is simply a hole into the machine, you can pour water directly into the unit or insert a hose from a shower head. b. During the cycle you may find it useful to apply more water as the clothing will absorb some of it and the machine may not agitate properly without enough water. Use caution with this this method as you can overburden the machines capacity. 6. Turn the Dial to 15 minutes, or desired timeframes based on loaded articles. 7. After the cycle completes purge the water by selecting the middle knob/Dial to Drain. a. Maintain the middle knob/Dial on the drain setting for the next step. 8. Place minimal articles of clothing in the Dryer, and make sure the plastic circle supplied is inserted properly above the half spherical notches/bumps/pegs, this maintains a gravity drip system for the water to be removed, if the Dryer is thrashing around its not balanced properly , slowly open the lid and allow the braking system to stop it, do not place your hands in the unit until it’s at a full stop. You must resort the clothing so its equal in weight in 360 Degrees(place clothing evenly around the drum) avoid the lip(top edge of the drum) of the dryer as this will rip clothing and damage the machine. 9. Once you've spun all of the clothing, set the machine back to standard or soft using the middle knob/Dial. 10. Insert clothing, Do not over fill the unit, you should be able to freely move the articles around inside the drum by hand. Place too many articles of clothing in the machine will cause aggressive abrasion markings on the cloth at the bottom of the machine as it cannot cycle the clothing around properly to agitate. 11. Turn the Dial to 15 minutes, or desired timeframes based on loaded articles. 12. Set the machine to drain the water again, you may need to repeat this rinse process depending on how much soap you saturated your clothing with. 13. Place minimal articles of clothing in the Dryer, and make sure the plastic circle supplied is inserted properly above the half spherical notches/bumps/pegs, this maintains a gravity drip system for the water to be removed, if the Dryer is thrashing around its not balanced properly , slowly open the lid and allow the braking system to stop it, do not place your hands in the unit until it’s at a full stop. Leaks. Lid doesn’t even close properly. This thing is a lemon. Return process is daunting so I’m not even going to try. Just get a different washer. This is my third like this and the first started leaking, second the motor went out. Now this.

Oh my god. This thing is the best. I live with my partner and we bought a mini dryer for our apartment because the one here that you pay per use sucks where we are at. So we buy this washer to pair with it and its perfect. I can usually fit 2-3 full outfits and other smaller items and it washes everything great. We use it in the shower as to maximize the draining by plugging it into the shower drain. Use a small amount of your typical soaps and you're set. Drain it and rinse them before using the smaller spinning tub. It can fit a surprising amount but I usually split the wash load into 2 separate spin loads. Throw them in the dryer or hang dry either works great. Amazing product love it

Small and would be great for odd and end things to wash but was super disappointed it broke 3 months later

I used it frequently…lasted from April 2021 to current Jan 2023. Washed several loads from white to light to dark in same tub water.(adding more water/soap as needed) spun dry ..afterward. Then as each load clothes was ‘wrung out’ in spinner basket they were then put in a pail and rinsed by hand while another load was washing .. then put thru spin dry basket again..spun almost dry then hung on rack. Dried fast. Loved it..wish it lasted longer. Saved my knuckles from hand scrubbing and clothes came out clean

My daughter and I temporarily live in a tiny house. This washer is AWESOME!!! It has saved us so much money already. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. The instructions aren’t good but it’s easy enough to figure out. The biggest thing is, to be sure when you put clothes in spinner, put them in evenly and you HAVE to push the plastic lid that’s included down onto the clothes. You have to close the lid for it to spin. I ALWAYS put my hand on it a little firmly until I know it’s going to spin evenly. It only takes a few seconds of holding it.

I bought this because our apartment doesn’t have hook ups for w/d. We are a family of 3 and it would take 5 to 6 hours doing one basket. So I gave it to my brother who is single with no kids, he absolutely loves it! He has had it for over 8 months and no issues even with a lot of dog hair! Can wash sheets, shirts, socks and undergarments. If you want to wash jeans it will be one at a time for full adult and spinning them doesn’t get most of the water out like doing the others mentioned. It is a great product for singles, I would purchase again!
