Battery stays charged with all day use
This is my 4th Pixel phone. I've been super happy with Google's Pixel phones overall, and the Google Pixel 9 did not disappoint. Battery life is solid. This phone offers fast response, quick. Lots of new features. I'm using Gemini for the 1st time and find it to be very useful. I love the live conversation with Gemini. I've used it to help me write some important letters and was pleasantly surprised at the results. The design of the phone is really nice. It feels and looks similar to an iPhone. But between you and me, I like the Pixel better. The price is right too

Great phone, I like it better than Samsung ones I've had
I've loved my Google Pixel so far! I used to have a Samsung, and I liked it, but I don't think I'd go back after having this one. I love that it's pretty user friendly, ready to navigate, and the battery life is amazing (even when I use it to work). I would suggest sitting pictures and files outside of Google drive if you can, since storage can run out pretty quick if you take lots of videos and pictures. But the phone itself has great functionality, and seems very high quality. I'd recommend it for sure.

Really nice phone. Great upgrade from a Pixel 6 or older.
I went from a Pixel 6 to this phone, and even my wife (who is not the most techie person) could tell the difference in speed and smoothness. Really gorgeous screen. Fingerprint reader seems to work a TON better than my 6 did.Occasionally it gets a little warm to the touch, but not alarmingly so. You have a computer, the power of which could not be imagined even a few decades ago in your pocket. Some heat is to be expected.I normally mod my phones out with special loaders, etc. I think I'll keep the pixel launcher, because it seems quite easy to use, with an intuitive interface.

Nice camera, decent battery life, but quiet speakerphone, still. I recommend the phone, though.
So, I went from a Pixel 6 pro to the Pixel 9. I see improvements in performance and in battery life. Camera is really good. But, my biggest beef with the Pixels is that the speaker phone is SO quiet!! Why? My old Xiaomi 10T Lite has WAY better speaker phone. Why is no one complaining about this as an inherent deficiency with Pixel phones? I drive a lot and sometimes don't want to use bluetooth in the car, and also out in the city I need a speaker phone, and it's just SO quiet!

Great phone for the price
Really great phone. I was adept about Oneplus for many years and got tired of bugs, overall quality for a price I would quote now as premium. What I like is the size, no rounded display border, quality build, fluid software (so far everything run smooth), software support end of life....In short great deal and happy with this phone!

I took advantage of Prime Day.
My not so old Pixel 8 was getting the green screen of death. It was chancey and I've read that it will get worse. Prime Day rolls around and I grabbed this Pixel 9. It has some weight to it, looks fabulous in green. Snappy phone for sure. I'm glad I jumped on this deal. I really like my new Pixel 9. Great pics too. Call quality is clear. Just a lovely phone.

great phone, good price
my old pixel phone was becoming unreliable after many years of service, got the new phone overnight. installation was fast and simple. great resolution on screen, easy to use. I am adding a protective case which makes it easier for my old hands. there is a lot of new software on the phone but i prefer keeping it simple.

Nice phone
Bought this Pixel 9 256GB new, direct from Amazon during the early Black Friday sale. The discount was even better than Google's. Phone arrived undamaged and in working, new condition. Have had the phone for a couple of weeks. No issues so far. Upgraded from a 7 year old Moto G 5. My review is skewed by my experience that is limited to budget phones. The squared edges does get some getting used to. Screen looks good, glass doesn't smear too quickly. Audio, connection, web browsing speed are satisfactory. Camera is good. Wish there was a 3.5mm audio jack and a microSD card slot like my previous phones. Phone surface is slippery to hold without a rubbery case. Haven't had a chance to try all the AI features. Haven't experienced overheating or slow charging that other people have mentioned. But I do not play mobile games, and I use an Anker 25W charger. As a preferer of smaller phones, the 6" height of this Pixel 9 is the maximum I'd like. It is also heaver than I'm used to. I couldn't find any budget phones I liked that were 6" or smaller, and the price is out of my normal target range. But the big Black Friday discount, and the 7 years of promised software support from Google, were some of the reasons for my purchase.
