Long term review 1+ years
The sofa sponge is so bad that after some months it's goes completely inside and when you sit you won't feel any support, it's bad for back as well. I would suggest you to not buy from this brand.

Below Average quality. No Customer Support
Sofa doesn't look as in picture. Left and Right handrest don't fit as shown in picture. The sofa seat sags within a month. Springs are of below average quality because of which sofa will sink like bean bag. Not at all a sofa bed. The backrest of sofa is very stiff foam to be considered as a bed. My sofa was picked up after numerous calls to different person. Replacement was also damaged. Now the sofa is stuck for last 3 months. There is no customer support team. Due to below average packaging and bad handling, sofa breaks or tears in movement.
