A complete product. Berberine is such a useful supplement and a natural way to support my blood sugar. Tastes great and easy to use.

The product gives me heartburn. I took it for about 3 days and then stopped when I kept getting heartburn. Once I stopped taking it, the heartburn stopped. I usually don’t add it to any liquids (like water, etc), just take it straight out of the bottle. The bottle does suggest that you drink a 8 oz glass of water with it, so maybe that’ll relieve the heartburn. It does taste good which I’m happy about, makes taking it a lot easier. I do agree with another one of the reviews that says the dropper does not fill up to 1 ML, it only sucks up about 3/4 of the product.

Not a big difference since using product. About 3 weeks now.

Taste is very good haven't been using it long enough to see a difference but I will be consistent so I will know during my next blood test. No side effects noticed. Smells sweet will continue to use.
