I’m really happy with these. They are soft and don’t hurt or pinch me. I have only used them with workout pants on but there are little grips on the back to prevent slipping. The color is esthetically pleasing, too! I like that they come in three different resistances so that you can work your way up in strength.

Really nice for working out. Good quality and they feel durable. They don’t feel uncomfortable or painful. The under side has a nice slip resistance design to it which works great. The only bad thing I would say is, they have a strong rubbery smell, it’s not too bad but it’s not pleasant. Also the color isn’t as vibrant as shown in the pictures but that’s not really a problem for me. Overall, I recommend and it’s a 4 star for me.

I have tried many bands mostly the plastic ones which suck..decide to try fabric and these are great. They don't slide out of place and I really get a good resistance.

Love these resistance bands. They are sturdy, unlike many of the plastic or latex varieties, and they stay in place where you put them. They also don't irritate my sensitive skin, which is a plus.

Great addition to my workout equipment. These are much better than the normal rubber/latex bands. Very well made and they have just enough grip on the inside of them to prevent them from slipping. A must have for glute work!
