This pillow is very comfy to sleep on and sometimes I rest on it even if I don't have a new piercing or anything going on with my ears. It works well for sleeping on if you have a piercing or if you have a ear that's healing from something, but it also makes for a good head support pillow if you are propped up against the headboard or wall. It is firm and keeps it shape very well. If the pillow is too firm or too hard for you, then the cotton on the inside can be removed to suit to your liking. It was a reasonable price and serves its purpose very well.

I have allergies and need pillows that are easy to wash. This was a great choice to use while my conch piercing heals. It's firm but you can adjust the filling amount to your preference. It took me a few weeks to get used to sleeping on it but now I think it's super comfy and will probably continue using it after my piercings heal.

I ordered this piercing pillow after a fresh piercing and got it overnighted to my door (thanks Amazon). It’s actually one of two I ordered. After using both I find this one slightly firmer than the other. Pros: it provides good head support, Cons: when it does hit my piercing it is a lot less forgiving. The ear opening is actually a bit smaller also. However, the cover is velvety and quite cozy. I ordered the cheapest color so I was stuck with kind of generic gray. It’s not cute but it does the job. Decided to get a helix piercing a few weeks ago. It looked so cute! I was really happy to get the piercing done. Until that night when I suddenly remembered that I'm a side sleeper. So I bought this pillow and I'm SO glad I did! It's super helpful and actually really comfy! It's not too stiff and not too squishy.

You cannot wash the pillow case without removing the cotton which makes a mess. I should have known that before I bought it. The zipper is too small to easily get all the cotton out. The pillow is small, firm, and could have more volume. As someone with chronic neck pain my neck is even tighter in the morning and its hard to fall asleep on. The one good thing is that it has helped with the healing process for my triple lobes and conch. The hole is the perfect size. I’ve had this pillow for about two months and probably still need to get another piercing pillow.

No no no no, I don’t have pierced ears. I’m an older senior. When I sleep on my side my ear is pressed against the pillow laying still I hear the beat of my heart thump thump thump of course over and over very annoying. So I tried laying my head on one of those neck supports used for airplanes, Placing my ear right in the center🤔 “ wow it worked. Was it Comfortable ? somewhat but in need of softness, yep, needed a softer pillow same idea. yep this is it Larger, softer and very comfortable I want to pass this on because even my wife says she too gets annoyed by the heart thumping sound, I hope this helps others too 🫡

This pillow has been a blessing to me since I had my helix piercing. I am a side sleeper, and this little pillow has helped me to sleep on my right side without irritating my piercing. My ear fits perfectly in the center hole, and the pillow surprised me by providing adequate neck support. I have had chronic neck pain for the last 8 years and have wasted so much money on trying to find a good supportive pillow. I wasn't expecting this one to help relieve neck pain, I was just hoping it would avoid irritating the ear piercing. Surprise- it does BOTH! What a bonus! My ONLY minor issue with this pillow is... for whatever reason, it causes my rosacea to act up on the side of my face that touches the pillow. The pillow is supposedly all cotton, and I did follow the instructions and wash it before I used it. I do have sensitive skin, but cotton usually does not bother me. I wish the pillow came with a more satiny cover, but it is what it is. It serves its purpose so I can't really complain.

The pillow is a good size and feels pretty comfortable, but the cutout for the ear is a little small for my ears (which are on the small side for a 5'9" woman). It works if I take care to position my ear just so, so I keep this pillow in my RV and use one with a larger ear hole at home.

Amazing for fresh piercing

As a side sleeper, sleeping with fresh piercings in both ears was miserable. This product has made it possible for me to get a good sleep while my new piercings are healing. It’s a great size and it’s surprisingly comfy. Exceeded my expectations!

Super soft and comfy pillow, but there are 2 flaws with this design. The inside padding merges into the hole, making the hole much smaller than it should be - rubbing against my new piercings. Ouch! The second flaw is that you cannot remove the pillow’s cover to wash it. You have to wash the whole pillow itself! I’ll need to buy a different style of pillow now, as this one hurts my piercings. A real shame, because it’s very comfortable with good neck support.
