Great pillow for a piercing. Love it. It came a little flat but you can plush it up with your hands you would any other pillow!

Bought for teenage daughter after her double helix piercing. Super comfortable and kept the pressure off that area while it healed. Washes well too, I throw the whole thing in the washer and dryer. No issues.

The pillow works great for after a piercing but you cannot wash it since the inside is all fluff not a pillow insert. Since it cannot be washed I wouldn’t use it very long term it not super thick so it’s still comfortable to sleep with it and does give you the relief if you have pain after a piercing.

Although some people think piercing pillows are silly I love mine. It helps the piercings to heal and when I have any issues puts relief on that ear. Very confortable and easy to use. I wish the washing capabilities were a bit different though 🫠

"Update" (not really but using the key term because I'm writing the review after owning this pillow for a long time ) - I bought this pillow in July 2024 and I'm writing this review Feb 18 2026. Was looking at these pillows again because sometimes I don't do my laundry on time lol and thought a third one would be helpful. I've been alternating between two ear hole pillows, the first is from Etsy, got this one as a backup. I've been very happy with it and have had 0 issues which is why I was quite confused when I went back to this listing and saw all the bad reviews. Now I'm hesitant to open the new [vacuum sealed] pillow bc idk what to expect. I can't remember if the one I bought before was vacuum sealed. That one has the non-removable cover - I saw reviews saying you cant wash it but you can! I just put the whole pillow in one of those netted washer bags and throw it in the washing machine on cold. It has stayed perfectly intact, zero damage. Got the pink color and no dye has rubbed off not my sheets. No weird smell (and I'm VERYYY sensitive to those awful chemical smells). The hole is a good size, granted I do have small ears. It's soft and comfortable and has remained thick (no flattening). I wonder if the pillows are being sourced from two dif places because some people like myself have been really happy with this pillow, and for others it's falling apart. Very stark contrast! I still have to decide if I'll open the new pillow, will update if I do and how that goes.

I bought this when I had a bout with tinnitus and didn't want to sleep on that side...even though that's the side i always sleep on! Ugh! But this totally helped. It was the perfect height and didn't hurt my neck yet it kept weight off my ear.

Very very thin pillow, my ear still hit the pillow under this one. It has a zipper so you can wash the pillow case however you have to pull all the stuffing out its not in a casing. I have tried using it for the week but don't like it.

I ordered this piercing pillow expecting it to be made of silk and good quality, but it was far from that. The material is definitely not silk, and the overall craftsmanship is poor. Mine arrived with visible stains, irregular shape, messy and uneven seams, and lumpy stuffing that makes it uncomfortable to use. The product looks cheap and nothing like the pictures. Very disappointed - please don’t waste your money on this.
