Not very non stick
My husband said this is the worse non stick cookware we have. Maybe because it is ceramic. I bought it because I wanted white and I like the fact that ceramics shouldn't poison me and is better for the environment. My husband is constantly using metal knives and forks on cookware. I probably shouldn't have given them one star but he is unhappy.

Pentole ottime
Le pentole sono fantastiche. Non si attacca niente! A fine cottura non ci sono residui o incrostazioni di alcun tipo. Ero un po' titubante a cuocerci il tofu perché in una vecchia pentola in ceramica che ho a casa si attacca anche usando l'olio. Con queste invece la cottura è perfetta. Devo ancora fare la prova della frittata di ceci (altra nemica della vecchia pentola) ma non credo ci saranno problemi.Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, sono le istruzioni perché viene suggerito di utilizzare burro e olio NON evo per la cottura per dare più sapore ai cibi. Ma perché?! Se si sceglie di acquistare questo genere di pentola lo si fa con un occhio di riguardo alla propria salute. Usarci il burro vanificherebbe la spesa.La consegna non è stata proprio immediata, ci è voluta una settimana abbondante per ricevere il pacco :/ (problema legato al corriere, non al venditore)Consiglio quindi di acquistare con anticipo se si intende fare un regalo e non si ha il prime

These pans are fantastic
These pans are fantastic, I was surprised how quickly things will cook. When used properly, food will not stick and clean up is so very simple and as long as you take care of them, they WILL last. I have recommended this set to friends & family and will continue to do so. Highly recommend

dont buy these
Looks like they have stopped selling these now anyway, and just as well - had them 20 months and the handle has fallen off the small pan, it had already started to deteriorate around the join from handle to pan and water leaked out through the gaps, now completely gone. The non stick has got less so and pans discoloured. They were good for about 6 months, then have gone off rapidly since. Dont buy these
