My only slight issue is with the toasting level - without turning the dial at all past zero, I find that to be a sufficient level for bread. I used the toaster still set to less than 1 for bagels and can't imagine what the level 6 would ever be used for. Other than that, it's a great looking and fast toaster. Love the click-in crumb trays in the front - it's easy to clean them out. However, when we received the second replacement, there was still two big scratches on the toaster. Now we are going to request to have another replacement again. We just not sure if they have do the quality check before the item was sent.
