So glad I ordered this. The soft rubber on the handles makes it so comfortable to use. Does not hurt arthritic fingers at all.

I use this handle on my lat pull down machine to work the inner back muscles and it works great, allowing for a deep contraction of the muscles. A very nice variation to the standard wide grip pull downs. The handle seems to be well made with nice cushioning for the grips.

With cushy, non-absorbing handles, strong build, it ticks the main boxes for the price. It's not perfect, and some of the welds and edges (near the cable attachment, namely) are not well smoothed out and actually had some sharp spots on mine. The metal also isn't super thick, but just enough to be withstand what it's intended to be resilient to. I've seen no flex under load, it's just not as robust as a true commercial attachment. But at such a fair price, it's easy to forgive these nit picks. For anyone with a home gym, the handles are plenty comfortable and the black finish shows no sign of chips or nicks.

I got this handle attachment several weeks ago and have used it to crush some close grip lat pull downs with a home pulley system. The handles feel great and allow for a secure grip, even if you sweat a lot like me! Although this handle is rated for up to 660 lbs., I have not been able to test its max capacity but I can say that it is likely to hold up to that point. Please note that there was no carabiner included (at least with mine), which wasn't a big deal for me because I have accumulated several of them over the years, but I figured it would be important to call that out in case you don't have one.

This is really awesome for cable rows and I'm very impressed by the quality and durability. It's comfortable in hand and the grips work very well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a home gym to be able to add to your routine. Great value and quality!
