Im using this kit to make the freebies for the BTS concert in Colombia, and so far it has been the best idea I’ve had. It’s perfect, It came ma with all the necessary, very useful and easy to use. I’m on my second resina bottle and I suspect I’ll have to buy more. This really fulfills what it promises, and it’s way more cheaper than buying the UV lamp and the resina separately. The best, would probably buy another kit later so my friend and I can have a UV lamp one each. Thank you so much !

Maybe an unconventional use but I got this kit because my husband's glasses broke. It would be a while before we could afford to replace them and we needed a fix. The resin in this kit cures hard and secure! Granted you can only apply it where the UV can reach to cure it, so not between opaque surfaces. But we were able to gradually build up thin layers around the break, curing between layers, and it worked! The repair held solid for the month we needed it to before we could get him a new pair :)

Without a doubt the best option for UV resin; an excellent choice that leaves a glossy finish—I loved the result.

The KISREL UV Resin with Light is a nice starter kit. It comes with everything you need for a resin project, including squeeze tops for both resin bottles, a silicone work mat, plastic tools for spreading the resin and removing bubbles, disposable gloves, and the UV light. I used it to coat shrink dink keychains with my students’ pictures to help protect them and make them more durable. They turned out really cute, but UV resin definitely has a learning curve. My only real complaint is that I wish the light could be set to stay on longer. It begins curing the resin immediately, but depending on the thickness, the resin may still feel tacky after one cycle. If you touch it too soon, it’s easy to leave fingerprints in the finish. I also recommend working in bright lighting so you can clearly see that you’ve applied an even coat and removed any bubbles before curing. It takes a little practice to get the best results, but once you get the hang of it, the finished projects look great. One additional tip: if you’re making keychains like I did, be careful not to get resin in the hole for the jump ring. If you do, clear it out before curing. Otherwise, once the resin hardens, you’ll need a small drill or similar tool to reopen the hole.
