The only supplement I have found that caused no discomfort while raising levels. I took 6 tablets every other day and my ferritin went from 27 to 150 in 3 months!

Unbearable Taste
I can only eat these by eating something straight after. The taste is not nice. I dread taking them. UPDATE - the company actively reached out to me on the back of my original review amd sorted a resolution. Great customer service !!

No side effects
Literally the best type. I have extremely sensitive gi and this didn’t give me any side effects. I got prescribed by the gp a different type of iron that literally messed me up and had constant pain from it for 2 days. In the 3rd day I took this and I didn’t have any symptoms.
