It's a heavy duty piece of plumbing compared to everything else
I got the two valve. I personally love it, but it's very unconventional. The valves are much heavier than you typically see for shower and bath valves and the cover even more so. It's a chunky piece of metal. I like that the temp control valve is pretty easy to adjust, and that it's easy to override the thermostatic valve if I want to. The thermostatic valve does give a bit of resistance when you turn down the temp which is a bit weird. The separate valve controls work perfectly and feel substantial yet smooth. I don't love the 38 degrees marker on it, but it doesn't bother me. It gives the bathroom a bit of a European aesthetic. The setup on this is very intuitive.I do have concerns about maintenance in the event I need to replace elements like the thermostatic valve. And certainly if I want to switch out the entire valve to something more conventional some time down the road it will likely require a replacement of the tile around the valve, but I don't really see that happening. And seriously, this thing is chunky. It feels like it'd survive a lot. The only risk there is there are TINY set screws that hold the valve covers on so I could see myself losing those with some clumsy fingers. Hopefully I won't need to remove it except in extremely rare case LONG into the future.

I like that I can set the temperature and dont have to move it to turn on the water for each valve. Easy to install for any good plumber. Customer service will reply back quickly if you have a question.

Great customer service
After receiving a miss-aligned faceplate, I contacted customer service, and immediately I received positive feedback. Customer service worked extremely fast in trying to correct the problem. Within short I received a new faceplate with the placement of the proper holes. The icing on the cake was that customer service reached out to me after receiving the faceplate to ensure everything was ok. Now that's service with a smile. Overall the product is great and I will buy it again.

Not NPT Threads and defective thermostatic control out of the box.
3 way diverter valve arrived did not have NPT threads as advertised. They are G thread that require a washer. Contacted MFG and they sent adapters quickly (caused a day of plumbing rework, i should've checked first but listing said NPT). Once finally installed with no leaks, water would only get luke warm. Contacted seller via their website and did not get response. Was hoping to get new cartridges to avoid several hours of more plumbing work. Valve is not easy to install or test. I ran 3/4 supply lines to it with 60-80 psi, there is a massive pressure and flow drop when 2 of the valves are operated together which leads me to believe the internals in the valve are undersized for what i want. I read all the reviews and hoped to get lucky. Not going to close up the wall with this behind it.
