Expired! It's not suppose to look like this
This is the 3rd time I've bought this product and had to throw it away. I've finally learned my lesson and won't but again. The product would not fully mix. It was thick, clumpy, and bright orange. I've used this for years and it is not supposed to look this way. It's clearly expired and being placed in a box showing it's still good

Great coverage and so easy
I have never had the courage to color my own hair. It’s gotten so expensive to get professional coloring done. I finally took a chance on this product based on all the reviews. I must say I am extremely impressed and excited for all the money I’m saving. The color match was absolutely amazing. All of my stubborn greys were covered. I followed other’s advice and left it on for 20 mins. I could not be happier with this product. No allergy issues which sometimes happen. I found my new best friend. Thanks!!!

Not like salon, but OK alternative
Worked pretty well. I had to leave on extra time to cover gray. Only enough product to do front part of head as it explains. Not really enough to do all your roots like when you go to salon. Need another box. OK alternative to getting professionally done but not close to same quality color that shines and lasts.

perfect light brown color
I didn't think it was going to be the right color for my light brown hair - but I was stunned when I realized how perfect it was. I couldn't tell where my gray started and where the product begin. I highly recommend for all light brown. Thought it was going to be more reddish but it wasn't at all. I am over the moon with this for in between dye jobs especially since they are getting so expensive

Cairol Root Touch Up
This product is working well for touch up of hair roots. I like the brush that is included; it seems to help with more accurate coverage than using just the tip of the container. I have reordered already after my first experience with it. Since my hair color does not fade, I should be able to continue with just touch up of roots instead of having to purchase for full coverage. The color is what I expected.
