Product works great, however it sprays only for a second and then the spray nozzle plugs up. It's nonrefundable so I guess I'm out of luck. I shook the can for what seemed forever, and that doesn't help.Any suggestions?Contacted support and they responded immediately. Fantastic support.I also purchased another can.

This spray has been a game changer for engraving glassware! I use it for glass tumblers, wine glasses, and clear bottles with my xTool F1, and it makes a huge difference. My engravings come out clean, crisp, and consistent every time. It also helps me with laser calibration, making the engraving process much easier. I highly recommend it for anyone engraving on glass!

Very disappointed. Spray nozzle gets quickly plugged with minimal use; cleaned it and clogged in seconds. I expected MUCH MORE from a spray can at this price. Do not recommend.

Brilliance Laser Inks are easy to use, and these inks give us many options to offer new products to our customers. We have enjoyed laser engraving on ceramic tile and glass. The product is great but the cans clog and the company will NOT give you and replacement Buttons. Since I have only been able to use a quarter of a can it is too expensive to use.

I used this on my last etching laser machin and while it sprays on black, everything washes away except where you do the laser etching. It is really easy to use, just spray it on like spray paint. The results are good once the etching is done but be sure to work in a well-ventilated area and wear your goggles when using the laser. The process is straightforward and the finish looks clean.

I've bought the Brilliance Metal spray and not had any clogging issues, however the first ceramic spray clogged and wouldn't spray (despite wiping the spray after use) with still half a can left and I just bought a new can which which wouldn't spray and so will return that. They don't appear to offer a powder/liquid ready version of the ceramic/glass marking liquid.

I got this to use with my laser engraver after trying a few DIY methods that didn’t cut it. This spray, though, goes on smoothly and dries quickly, creating sharp, high-contrast black markings on both ceramic and glass. The formula really holds up, and the engravings come out crisp and durable every time. I used a bit of warm water to clean everything up. It’s fair to say that it's not cheap, but it absolutely delivers on its promise, and considering how much time and frustration it saves me, I’d say it’s worth every penny. If you’re serious about engraving, this is the way to go.
