Small and mighty
Small and mighty is how I would describe it. Easy set up and up and running in no time. Purchased for office work emails etc and this little box which fits in the palm of your hand.is ideal for those tasks. For the price paid extremely happy with my purchase.

Powerful and compact
Bought to run a Plex and Minecraft server and to store backups which it has done with no problems and was easy to add more storage to and won’t be a problem to add more ram down the line.

Don't get caught out by the misleading description - like I did
Purchasing in a hurry and I got caught out by contradictory descriptions.Of the available options, I selected the G3 N100 16+1T which we'd all take to mean 16GB RAM + 1TB SSD, right?Sprinkled through the product description are snippets like:ROM: 1TB PCIe 3.0 M.2 2280 NVMeMini PC 12th Gen N100 with 1TB M.2 SSD (Max 2TB)Hard Drive Size: 1024GBPremium Design and Expansion: 1TB SSD M.2 2280Box Contents: GMKtec Nucbox G3 N100 16 +1T Mini PCNUCBOX G3 N100 with 1TB PCIE3.0 2280 NVME SSDUnfortunately, in other places (not least, the dirty great product title at the top of the page), it says:512GB PCIe M.2 NVMe SSDpre-configured with 16GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSDOf course, it came with a 512GB SSD, not a 1TB one.I don't for one minute think that GMKtec aimed to deliberately mislead, but it's easy to be caught out by a shoddily-written product page.I can make do with 512GB and I can always add a second drive if I need one, so I'm not going to bother sending it back. But it's annoying to be caught out.

Perfect for day-to-day tasks, a HTPC or Linux server!
I've had this for a week now, which has been plenty of time to put it through its paces. Overall, its a solid little box for using as a HTPC running plex, streaming games via Sunshine/Moonshine, or using as a Linux server for a NAS, Frigate server, etc. With it being a Celeron processor, don't expect to be using it as a daily driver for intensive apps. Though it would be perfect for a small unit if you just need to browse the internet to check email, make bookings, etc. Though, where it really shines, is as a mini Linux-based server.I've currently got this running Proxmox as part of a small cluster of other mini pcs (much easier with its compact size), dedicated to controlling my CCTV system. When setup properly to utilize the built-in iGPU, it is handling a small handful of cameras without issue, barely even spinning the fans and doesn't kick out any heat so stays both quiet and cool. The model I purchased comes with 16gb ram + 512gb storage which is plenty for most tasks, but I wouldn't do anything too taxing (like writing CCTV footage) to the AirDisk SSD it comes with. Though with its 4 USB 3.0 ports you can easily add an external HDD.Overall, while it isn't a powerhouse performance-wise, it is a great little device for a great price that can easily sit on your desk (or mounted behind your monitor with the provided bracket).

Solid performance, great price.
Solid mini pc with great features. Currently using as part of a Proxmox cluster running self hosted apps and a few VMs. The N150 cpu has been great for transcoding for Plex. Having a 2.5Gbe port is a nice addition, although having a second port would have been even better. Storage is easily upgradable and it has plenty of USB ports for connecting external devices, again it would have been even better if it had USB C but for this price point it's not expected.

Very good for the money
I bought this as a backup option to my main mini PC and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of it, very capable at basic office tasks and easily plays YouTube videos. It's very quiet when the fan runs and you can turn off the annoying coloured LED in the BIOS that lights up the bottom of the case.

Great little mini pc for automated tasks
Excellent mini pc with windows 11, I just needed a small pc to always remain on and run some automated tasks for my home cinema room that could have usb inputs and an audio input. This worked perfectly for that, the power button acts as a sleep button aswell, so if want to I can easily put it onto standby when I don’t need it and then press the button to get it out of sleep and it continues doing its tasks without me even having to load up the screen via hdmi.Only small negative I would say is that it’s a little bit too light so can move around a bit when all cables are attached. I prefer heavier box so that it remains in place like the Apple TV does.
