I take 2 tablets every morning along with 1mg of methylcobalamin and my energy levels are back to my 20s levels. Being the bioactive version I felt the difference within a few days. My sleep is vastly improved too.

Waited until I had tried and tested for a while to review. I got these as the true form of folate/folic acid is l-methyl folate. On our fertility journey and have researched/read that this is the best form to take. No issues or side effects with this. Easy to swallow

I can't say I feel any different taking this supplement, I listen to all the reviews which claim so many benefits, but I don't experience any of them. The product might be great but the benefits are over stated, or it might be snake oil. I hope it works for you.

I've been using methylfolate capsules for a few years and have noticed the cost creeping up to the point where, despite the advantages, it is now a struggle to justify paying for methyfolate above other cheaper formulations.The Carlyle methyfolate is now my number one choice for methylfolate: the price together with the number of tablets in the bottle means that it is great value for money and I don't have to downgrade to an alternative formulation. There is a four month supply of tablets in the bottle at one per day (120 tablets).These are tablets though rather than capsules and whilst I prefer capsules this is mainly because of habit. These tablets are easy to swallow.The firming and anti-caking agents are listed clearly on the label so it's possible to make a decision about the pros and cons of the tablets beyond the active ingredient. I would prefer less in the way of added ingredients but the tablets are free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.I would recommend these tablets which will now be my number one purchase option for methylfolate.The best before date of July 2027 (it is not September 2024) is also fantastic.
