Where to begin, I have had tennis elbow for a few years on and off, both arms, been on the tools for 35 years(ISH), well the physiotherapists told me to do this and that,Then someone thankfully told me to get this product 5-1, in two (2) days one night and daytime, completely sorted, Thank God,Not sure the reason, not fussed really , been good since Nov, even though have been working hard, back on the tools Oct - march, alot less office work as I was needed to design, install and commission new equipment, in a few far flung sites, maybe because/ before tax year in April, we'll it works, the brand I trust,Told a few people with the knee problems, helped them, took awhile though, my best friend, too hard for knee pads or a mat, took him almost three months to see a good difference, maybe he eats like a teen to be honest,Honestly try it, I would advice preventing the issue, eat ok, rest and take good quality supplements,DO NOT like the doctors advice to soooooo many people take pain killers for along period of time, research yourself and be responsible for your own health,If anyone knows why this works, do so, further the conversation,

I bought these to help with sleep mainly. I would give 5 * as they have helped me to have a better nights sleep within a few days. However they do not dissolve very well at all, The powder stays floating at the top mostly, I have tried a number of things to try and get the powder to dissolve in water/other drinks to no avail. This product would defiantly be a 5 star product if it was not for that. So I will be using tablet form in future.
