Using this device I am able to show her that when not properly cleaned her ear will hurt. Now she enjoy having me look into her ear and clean her ears without complaining. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of 2 reasons and even then for a product that’s only $20 it’s not really a deal breaker. The first is I wish that the size was just a bit smaller it is already pretty small but when looking in smaller ears it is a bit herder to navigate without causing some sort of discomfort. The second reason is there is no focus ring or way to focus the lens.
