## Description

When the zombie invasion took over the world’s mightiest heroes, most assumed everything was lost. But some superheroes still remain to stand against the undead. Old allies will need to be put down before they can devour every last person on the planet. So, assemble your DC hero team and muster all your power. You are humanity’s last hope. Through a partnership with DC Comics, Guillotine Games, & CMON, we brought DCeased: A Zombicide Game to life at Spin Master Games. DCeased is a cooperative game where 1 to 4 players control the last surviving superheroes facing off against zombie-heroes & the zombie hordes controlled by the game itself. Play as a 2 person game, solo, or with your game squad. The goal is to complete Mission Objectives, defeat your enemies, and rescue endangered bystanders. Eliminating zombies gives you the experience needed to become an even more powerful superhero. But the stronger you are, the more zombies appear to hunt you down and devour you. Only by working together and pushing their powers to the limit can the superheroes hope to put an end to the zombie apocalypse. Combine this DC variant with Marvel Zombies to expand the story & take your heroic gameplay even further. Includes miniatures of some of your favorite DC Comics superheroes & villains including Batman, Harley Quinn, Robin, Poison Ivy, Bane, and Batgirl. If you are searching for an intense and family board game, you have found it. This game takes about 1 hour to play, for everyone ages 14 and up. DCeased: A Zombicide Game was created by Michael Shinall from an original design by Guiton, Lullien & Raoult.

Review: Incredible value for a Zombicide game for practically nothing, great quality, get it - $15!? You get a bunch of nice thick (like your mom) cardboard tiles that are fantastic with good art and a ton of standies and the plastic minis are very detailed and nice, nothing is flimsy. Dice and all included. Really fantastic game for the money. Usually you only get a few cards, a rulebook, dice maybe and that's it for this price range. But this one you get an entire game with lots of cards, huge board tiles, tons of miniatures, tokens and other stuff. Pretty easy game to learn to play. Lots of missions. Lots of variety. Lots of random stuff via the cards. You can't beat $15 for a game with this much going on.
Review: Zombicide, but fun. - (If you've backed the kickstarter and want to know if you should get this, I saved that for the bottom.) Zombicide is a fine game, but it can overstay its welcome with long game times and some fiddley rules. This game fixes a lot of that by not requiring you be in a specific place to search for things to make you strong, you are able to do it once a turn. You have power with you can use to add additional dice to attacks, which makes getting rid of abominations and large groups easier and fun (making you feel like a hero). The bystanders are a cool addition that grant you an ability when they follow you around, but if they get killed, you take an emotional (and game mechanical) hit as well. There are only 6 heroes and 4 zombie heroes in this box, but it's enough to get a good feel for the game and to decide if you want more either in the form of Marvel Zombies (already out) or the full line of DCeased coming out soon. (If you backed the kickstarter...) I've also gone all in with the kickstarter and would still recommend this. First, you get 6 more hero cards and minis. You also get 4 zombie heroes. Heroes: Batman - Repeat character (from core), new Mini, alternate player card Robin - Repeat character (from Gotham Knights), new Mini, alternate player card Batgirl - Repeat character (from Gotham Knights), new Mini, alternate player card Harley Quinn - Repeat character (from Arkham Asylum), new Mini, alternate player card Poison Ivy - Repeat character (from Arkham Asylum), new Mini, alternate player card Bane - Repeat character (from Arkham Asylum), new Mini, alternate player card Zombie Heroes: The Huntress - Repeat character (from Gotham Knights), new mini alt card Catwomon - Repeat character (from core), new mini alt card The Joker - Repeat character (from Arkham Asylum), new Mini, alternate player card Killer Croc - Repeat character (from Arkham Asylum), new Mini, alternate player card So while you don't get any new characters or new forms of characters, you get a full set of alts, which is still cool. But you also get a nice self-contained, small-ish, box to bring new players in. This is done by having zombie standees instead of minis, which really help set the zombies apart from the heroes and are just easier to manage. The missions are all 4 player which means you don't need to manage as many heroes as you would in a typical game. And this also makes the game length a bit shorter, which is great for new players or if you just want a quicker game.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Quality for the Price and Surprisingly Fun Gameplay
*by S***N on May 16, 2026*

DCeased: Invasion in Gotham City and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The value for the price is absolutely insane. In my city, stores were charging almost $100 USD for the same game, so finding it here for almost a quarter of that price genuinely shocked me. What surprised me the most is how fun and accessible the gameplay is. A lot of people online compare it to a lighter and faster version of Zombicide, which honestly makes it perfect for both new players and longtime fans. The pacing feels quick, the missions stay tense, and the DC zombie theme is just incredibly cool. Seeing characters like Batman and the Bat-Family fighting infected heroes gives the game a lot of personality. The miniatures and artwork also look fantastic for the price range, and production quality is despite. As both a DC fan and someone who enjoys cooperative games, this ended up being one of those purchases that feels way more premium than what you actually paid for. Highly recommended.
