I love these headphones. I've always gravitated towards JLab products because of the great quality and good price. My first pair went through the washer so I had to get a new pair, and ended up getting the exact same ones. They fit in my ear perfect. The volume is amazing!! There is different "touch" controls on the earbuds, and there is also a "be aware" option where you tap the right ear buds 3 times fast and it will turn it on/off. It allows you to hear everything around you, and still hear your music at a great volume. They're comfortable and fit so good in my ear. It stays charged for a LONG time too. I'll fall asleep with them in and when I wake up in the morning they're still not dead. They charge quick also. And the little charging cable is connected to the bottom and just flips back up into the case. I've never had an issue with the blutooth connection either.

I’m generally really picky on headphones and earbuds- they’re always too small, too big, too weak, too quiet. After having the JLab Go Air Pop (not the +s) I am such a die-hard fan of this brand. My Go Air Pops literally lasted probably two years of being dropped in sinks, mud, sand, being chewed up by the dog, being hidden for weeks by the cat before I could find them again. The only reason I repurchased was because I actually lost one this time. You won’t find another brand of earbuds that have this kind of fit, genuinely decent sound quality, easy connection, and true durability for this price point. Could you buy $90 earbuds and have them be a little louder, a little clearer? Yes. Should you just buy these instead and get the same life out of them with the same exact sleek look? Also yes. Highly highly highly recommend these things!

Very nice, affordable and reliable set of ear buds. The size are nice and compact and the sound is clear and sharp. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Good buy!

Our office recently switched to a hybrid model, so I needed an affordable extra set of earbuds for working from home. After some research, I decided to try the JLab Go Air Pop. Overall, I am quite satisfied, though it does have a few flaws expected at this price point. The Pros: Price: At just $15, the value is unbeatable. You get a reliable pair of headphones with a built-in microphone for calls without breaking the bank. Connectivity: Pairing is quick and seamless. The Bluetooth connection remains stable for hours without dropping. The Middling: Audio Quality: The sound is perfectly acceptable for a budget device. YouTube videos and phone calls come through clearly, and people on the other end can hear me fine. The maximum volume is a bit low, but it is not a dealbreaker. Battery Life: Excellent performance here. After 5 hours of continuous use from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, my computer still shows 60% battery. It easily lasts through a full 9-hour workday before needing a charge. The Cons: Charging Cable: The integrated USB cable attached to the case is incredibly short and cannot be replaced. This makes plugging it in a bit awkward. Fit and Comfort: The earbuds struggle to stay securely in my ears because the silicone tips do not create a strong seal. They fall out much more easily than my Samsung Galaxy Buds. However, since the Galaxy Buds cost ten times more and I only use them while sitting at my desk, it is a minor grievance. Conclusion: For the price, these are surprisingly good. They are not perfect, but they make an ideal backup or starter pair of earbuds.

I’m really happy with the JLab Go Air Pop wireless earbuds! They’re lightweight, comfortable, and easy to pair with my phone. The sound quality is clear with good bass, and the battery life is great for everyday use. I also love the compact charging case, which makes them easy to carry around. Great quality for the price!

I’ve been using jlab headphones for years at this point and I’ve always been happy with them! Sound quality is great, battery life is pretty good! However, with this model, there is something I’m not the biggest fan of. These have a type-C cable attached to the case for charging. Which is great! EXCEPT, they won’t charge on voltage regulating type-c plug ins. Typically with more modern plug ins, there would be a “handshake” of sorts between the device and the plug in to regulate the voltage going to the device as to not completely destroy the battery by charging it with too high of a voltage. That does not occur with these headphones. They just don’t charge… the plug in is fine, it’s what I use To charge my phone. I’m now fully reliant on using my phone as a battery pack to charge these headphones. They aren’t a total loss because of that.. but it’s a little lame that they just reject charging instead of just regulating the output of voltage like these charging blocks are meant to do. I’ve tried 2 different charging blocks in multiple outlets with the same result. I will say, the sound quality is a step up from the JLab GO Air Pops! So, 3stars for that.

Love these cute earbuds! They're comfortable, easy to use and connect to my phone or laptop Bluetooth, and the sound quality is amazing! They charge up quickly and fit into a compact little charging and storage case, and even came with extra little soft covers for the part that goes into your ears. 😊 This is the second time I've owned JLab earbuds, and I'll buy these again!

È passato quasi un anno da quando li utilizzo e devo dire che sono veramente ottime per un prodotto low budget. La batteria tiene ,il suono e buono,non ho riscontrato anomalie o problemi anche se li uso veramente spesso. La scelta di avere il cavetto incorporato per la ricarica all'inizio mi preoccupava però il cavo è ancora intatto e non ha segni si usura quindi non è un problema. L'unica cosa non impeccabile è solo il touch ma per il resto ne vale la pena prenderle

I’ve been using the JLab Go Air Pop+ for over a month now, and for the price, they’re incredibly reliable. The sound quality is good—not on the same level as my Bose headphones, of course—but perfectly fine for casual music listening, phone calls, and especially audiobooks. The earbuds are small and lightweight to the point that I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. I’ve even fallen asleep with them on and woke up without any ear discomfort. The companion app is a nice bonus, allowing you to customize tap controls and tweak EQ settings. Battery life is impressive: after 3 hours of audiobook listening, I still had over 40% left, and the case charges them quickly. The integrated charging cable on the case is a thoughtful touch—it saves you from hunting for a cable. If I had to nitpick, the case feels quite light; a little extra heft would make it feel more premium. But given the price point, that’s hardly a dealbreaker. Overall, an excellent 5-star buy for anyone looking for affordable, comfortable, and functional earbuds.

These are awesome, especially considering the price. They are light while having a decent battery, and charge quickly. The gel tips feel nice, fit me well, and actually don't hurt my ears. I also really like the app, too. It lets you customize the touch controls, tweak the equalizer, and even have a variety of background noises available, such as rain, waves, campfire pops, etc. And you can activate several at once, and save your particular sound combo. I just think that's neat. The one thing I'm not really fond of is the integral charging cable. I just have anxiety about damaging it and being kinda up the creek, but I think that is a me issue so I won't hold that against it. Overall, I am very impressed with all the customization options and just general quality for the price. These are definitely going to be my daily use buds
