Great Product
I purchased this for my mother as she had a difficult time trying to sleep at night due to joint pain. After a week or two of taking this supplement, she mentions the pain in her knees have gone away and that she has been getting restful sleep as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend this supplement!

Great quality
I know magnesium is so important to take, but I didn’t know what kind. I bought this one and it helps me relax before bed and I seem to sleep a lot better.

What a difference
I take this a night before bed. I have taken some magnesium supplements in the past but with this one you get ALL the benefits from 1 pill. I have felt so much better. Being an older person my joints and muscles don’t hurt like they used to, I have found I have more energy and have even enhance my moods. All around feeling better is great! I have shared this product info with my friends.

No adverse effects and no bad taste.
Started off taking only 1 at night to see if could tolerate. Just started taking 1 mid-morning and 1 at night. I have a hard time swallowing pills, so after researching if I could open capsule without ill effects I opened capsule into a tablespoon of applesauce. No ill effects & no aftertaste. Sleep a bit better and joint pain has improved. Gave 4 stars because of size of capsule.
