Okay I was skeptical
These are cheap but to a chance great quality drilled thru stainless with ease. Ordering 2 more sets for guy in the shop to keep on their trucks

Fine set of bits
Better quality than I expected. Performed well in aluminum. I have used 3 sizes multiple times so far. Clean cuts, sharp bits

Durable and sturdy
The TCT carbide material used in these hole saws makes them extremely durable and sturdy. Definitely worth the investment.

Nice selection
Great selection of sizes, but unfortunately didn't have a saw big enough for what I needed. Keeping it for future projects though!

Excellent hole saws in a good plastic storage case
These are superbly well-made hole saws. Their features are well described by the seller’s photos and videos. I’ve not had a chance to use them on metal, but I’ve tried-out the smallest and largest saws in this 6-piece set (3/4” dia. and 2” dia.) on a piece of thick plywood. The ¾” dia. saw was used first. Even though the drill press was set to its lowest speed, 850 RPM, the plywood began smoking about 5 seconds into drilling the hole. Backing-off and allowing the wood chips to escape eliminated the problem. To preclude undesirable tear-out on the back face, the hole was drilled only about 2/3rds of the plywood’s depth. The workpiece was then turned over and the hole completed from the backside. A nice clean, accurate hole resulted with no burn marks. The 2” dia. saw was then used to drill another hole using the same method and drill speed. It also produced a clean hole, and this time with no smoking or burning. Alas, completing drilling from the backside to avoid backside tear-out does require some attention to detail. The additional attention is needed to ensure the hole drilled from the backside aligns well with the one drilled from the front side. Not only does the pilot drill have to be positioned into the pilot hole in the backside, but the same edge of the workpiece must be against the fence after it is turned over. That was not done in this test; the wrong workpiece edge was positioned against the fence. The resulting misalignment along the circumference of the 2” hole can be seen in one of the attached photos. It’s not that bad, but if it had been done correctly any misalignment would have been negligible. Given that the carbide teeth have a wide kerf, the resulting wood plug had a notably smaller diameter than the hole. The drilled hole had an accurate 2” diameter, while the resulting plug had only a 1 ¾” diameter, something to keep in mind if such plugs are to be used in a project. It was found that the sawdust comes off the saws nicely with a few swipes of an acid brush. These six hole saws came nicely foam seated into a reasonably sturdy plastic case, along with a spare pilot drill bit and a couple of Allen wrenches, which are used to replace the pilot bits as needed. The case is nice enough; the only negative is its two latches used to hold the cover closed. The design of these latches is wanting. They’re subject to damage and/or failure if the cover is not completely down and seated prior to latching the cover shut; user diligence, or course, can mitigate such damage. The case does have a feature that can be put to good use; it has a handle for easy transport and feet on its backside to allow it to be more efficiently and securely stored vertically on a workbench, shelf, or in a draw. Particularly useful for those whose tool chest is too full to accommodate this size case.Aside from the minor issue of the case latches I’m very happy to have ordered this set of hole saws, and I expect they will serve well for a long time.

Indestructible Bits
Apparently, the shipping process for this set of hole saw bits included a stretch of some rough treatment. However, these bits are so tough and heavy duty that they shrugged off all that rough handling and almost tried to dig their way through their nice aluminum carrying case. The case lining took some abuse, but the case itself and the bits are plenty tough and survived the rough trip just fine. I love having a full set of dedicated hole saw bits and I no longer have to waste time trying to snugly connect an arbor to the one size of hole saw barrel I currently need. Finally, I can now simply grab the bit I need and get drilling.

The Perfect Balance Of Quality And Value!
This is an extremely high quality professional hole saw kit that should easily last a very long time provided that you don’t exceed the recommended RPMs and are careful to take care of the bits. It’s clear that the manufacturer paid significant attention to detail when bringing this product to market. Every detail seems to be accounted for to provide clean cuts with exceptionally tight tolerances. I cannot stress the fact that you will absolutely need to take your time and go with the lower range of RPMs for the given task, as long as you do the resulting holes will be pristine.I see that different variations of this kit will come packed in different cases, but the case is the only thing that is not outstanding as the 14 piece set includes a simple, mediocre case. The case is just not what you might call “heavy duty,” but it’s not exactly bad either. It’s simply a standard case that holds everything neatly and gets the job done. There’s a lot to like about this kit from the all around high quality design to the value that you’re getting from the plethora of included bits. Conversely, there’s clearly no deal breakers. As long as you’re patient and take your time with the cuts, you should be very happy with this set and it should last you an exceedingly long time. All said, this is absolutely a five star product that I must unequivocally recommend!

A nice set of sharp hole saws
Not perfect but as long as they meet your needs they will cut just fine. They don't cut as deep as the standard bimetal hole saws that screw onto an arbor but usually with steel you don't need to cut that deep. Because they don't use an arbor they don't wobble like the bimetal ones. However they do cost more to replace when the time comes. The carbide cuts nicely. I use cutting fluid when cutting holes. If you don't abuse them I think they will provide a very long life. Here's a tip. Drill the pilot hole first and replace the pilot bit with a steel rod. By doing so you will reduce the chances of the hole saw catching and breaking the pilot bit and damaging what you are trying to drill. The set includes most sizes you will want. The case is a bit cheap (mine came bent due to sliding around inside the box while being shipped. The case is also a bit on the large size. But you'll want to keep them in a case to keep them all together. I would prefer a blow moulded plastic case the other versions of these bits come with over the aluminum and foam. But that's not much to complain about. These bits will most likely live on a shelf when not in use vs a toolbox so a bit bulky isn't much of problem.
