The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow. The bottle has a neutral smell and the the shelf life is about three years. Many turmeric capsules have 500mg turmeric at a concentration of 20 to 1, so lets compare that to the amount of turmeric in this bottle. There are two turmeric ingredients: 120mg turmeric at 10 to 1, which equals 60mg at 20 to 1, and 100mg turmeric at 95% curcuminoids, which is 20 to 1. So that's a total of 160mg turmeric at 20 to 1. So, to get 500mg of turmeric, you would take three of these capsules.

The product does smell vitaminy, so to speak, but that is to be expected. Turmeric is the dominant scent. The capsules are standard size and should be easy to take for anyone who can use capsules. I found it to be easy to swallow and did not have an aftertaste. This product is suitable for vegans, it is labeled as such and the capsule is vegetable according to the supplement facts. The recommended use is one capsule per day, so this is a 90-day supply if taken as directed. Give it a try if you are looking to add these particular supplements to your regimen.

I wasn't too sure about the apple cider vinegar in this, but it's okay. I've been taking this over a month and feel less pain, it's hard to know how much to contribute to diet and lifestyle, but I feel overall it helps. Tasteless, odorless and easy to swallow. Good value because 3 month supply. Ingredients seem to be high quality with no side effects.
