Fabulous fabulous mattress. I finally can lie straight and still! My first night I don't think I moved at all. I no longer walk like a crone in the morning. My back, shoulders and spine are renewed. Very supportive. Perfect level of squish Vs support. Very well made with lots of handles! I have no complaints other than the box could do with improvement. It was in a bad state on arrival. No harm to the mattress though. Unpacking was a doddle. Very handy unpackaging tool included. Mattress behaved itself unpacking and didn't try to kill anyone. A lot of reviews mention a chemical smell. No such smell with my mattress. It's literally a dream to sleep on. Recommended 5*.

Too soft for my liking I have a sore back every morning, good quality though

It's slightly softer than I was expecting but I kid you not it's the best sleep I've had in years, you feel like your on a cloud. You get a little sinkage which then supports your body to then have the pocket springs hold all the rest of you in just the right way. I'm a big guy weighing in at over 135kg and there is no transferring of movement to the other side of the bed. I love it

Had this mattress 2 months now, I thought I’d give it time to settle in and give my body time to adjust to the new mattress, however I can honestly say this is the worst mattress I’ve ever owned, this is giving me chronic pain between my shoulders and I’m getting less than 4 hours sleep a night, it’s sweltering hot in these summer nights and seems to be sagging slightly at the side I sleep on. I’m 75kg and 6 foot, so I’m no but lump of a guy, it’s also not as soft on the top as I was led to believe, it really could do with a mattress topper, my previous mattress had one built in that sat on the top and looked and felt very luxurious, I will be contacting DreamCloud on Monday morning to arrange a return for a refund. I am actually disappointed in the mattress and would have loved to have left a positive review but unfortunately it’s just not my experience. Shame really as I was genuinely impressed with the claims they make on their website

I ordered this mattress after lots of research, I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a fantastic good quality item. It really feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, and no aches on the hips anymore. I’m so happy to have brought this mattress.

This mattress is amazing! It feels quite firm at first and does take a little adjusting to but my quality of sleep has never been better! Amazing!

A very comfortable mattress well made at a great price

Whilst the original order and delivery was great and when I complained it was too hard they sent a topper I finally decided to return it. There is a smallish water mark which meant that the charity rejected it even after I'd sent pictures and dreamcloud said it was fine. Charity said they used to take with some marks but not anymore. Now dreamcloud have closed my case and I've got a huge waste of money on its side in the spare room. This makes a mockery of any free trial they offer. Don't be sucked in.
