This company is amazing, responsive and helpful!! I ordered via Amazon but (of course) the package arrived without the bottle (most likely an Amazon error). When I reported this to Amazon with videos they told me to file a police report and showed no care to help. Order this through Piurify’s website directly because they will assist you with any issues at all, Amazon will not. I REALLY like the look of the bottle and it works great. I’m excited to see if I feel any health benefits from using it and will update with those results. Thank you!

I received my order quickly. The packaging was very secure and arrived totally unscathed. The water bottle is slightly taller and skinnier than my previous water bottles. The Piurify holds half of the water that other bottles do. I do like the countdown feature showing when the water is fully hydrogenated. I like it but I have to do 2 batches to get the amount I’m used to.

I use this daily first thing in the morning, and can tell a massive difference in hydration and skin health compared to when I just drink plain water. I was without it for a bit because my unit wasn't charging properly, and I contacted the company directly to ask about it. Dianna helped to quickly ship me out a new bottle with minimal fuss and no charge. I answered a couple reasonable troubleshooting questions and sent a 10 second video showing the issue. She was super pleasant to communicate with! Excellent customer service, new bottle works perfectly, and amazed all over again at what a difference it makes! I checked into the published research on hydrogen water before purchase by the way... most simply put, people who drink hydrogen infused water have a higher level of antioxidants in their blood stream. So if you already eat a lot of colorful plants, adding this on an empty stomach (1st thing in the day for me and sometimes again before lunch) means your body can better utilize the antioxidants you're already eating. Reduces inflammation, speeds healing, basically magic potion for health.

AMAZING FOLLOW UP TO MY FIRST REVIEW…… Best customer service I have ever experienced on Amazon (and I buy products at least 3 times a week for over 10 years). I had an issue with my product and she reached out to me (honestly I didn’t ask or expect the company to even see the review) but they did and offered to send me a brand new water bottle without hesitation!!!! I will never purchase from another company or product of this type from any other seller! These days I hardly EVER get treated like a valued customer so this was incredibly refreshing to see!! Kudos to this company :)))). Oh and I buy everything they sell on Amazon LOL. This really makes your energy come out full force!!!!!————————- 1st one below worked for a couple months and I was very careful and never got the base near the water fountain. The overall product is nice. It's small to put in a bag. But the decidinf factor for me to return is the battery life. It doesn't hold a charge. For best results, you're suppose to do 3 10 min cycles 3x day. But I can't get one full day of cycles in before it needs charged. It would be good if it even held the charge for 1 full day and you charge it every night. NO. You have to charge after 2 cycles. And it takes FOREVER to charge. I was so disappointed. Love the idea. Just not the product.

I was really looking forward to using this . It arrived. looked great and all but when I went to stand it up. It wobbled. I added water to see how bad it was, and it leaked. Not even running, it leaked. because of the sale, I requested a replacement. the amazon rep told me they could not do a replacement. the seller can't do a replacement so I am returning it and buying a cheaper one elsewhere.
