Great, the packaging was very informal. But everything works as it should. A couple minor scratches. Battery lasts 8 days, heart rate sensor is accurate, GPS sensor is accurate enough. Good way to save $20 over a NIB.

I bought a refurbished Fitbit Charge 6 and I love it! I love it so much I ordered one for my bestie and had it delivered to her! I love the light weight small size. The battery lasts about a week. I'm very noticed that a lot of buzzy notifications seems to drain it faster. It's very accurate and synchs to my Noom app. I have gotten it wet but don't swim with it. The bells and whistles are awesome. I ordered smaller bands to go with it and prefer them very much to the thicker band. Very easy to switch bands. Durable and has never fallen off. Came perfectly packaged like brand new!

Fitbit 6 I like the watch a lot But the band will not stay attached to the body of the watch. I have a small wrist and I put it on there and I walk around the house or shopping and all of a sudden one side comes loose and then I thought maybe it’s that one side but the other side comes loose. Also, what should I do?

This Fitbit looks great. My only issue, which keeps me from giving it 5 stars, is that the sleep tracking and readiness tracking both work intermittently. I've tried restarting the watch, and some days everything works fine; other days, it doesn't record anything. I also recommend buying the watch charger that lets you wrap your watch around the stand, rather than the charger that comes with the watch; it tends to lose connection, and if you don't notice, you'll think your watch is fully charged and find out it never was. I purchased the desk stand charger, and it works like a charm. Update: I figurd out why my Fitbit was not capturing my sleep and readiness, it was simple fix, I needed to tighten up my band, it's working great now, so my rating goes back to a 5 star.

I have buyer's remorse. While the Fitbit Charge 6 does function, I was disappointed initially getting it charged (it took about 18 hours. It needed a software update immediately. Fortunately, the software update went well--under ten minutes. The Fitbit Charge 6 that I was using previously had the same manufacturing month and year as the new-to-me Fitbit Charge 6. The previous one stopped working -no display and battery discharged quickly- when the software update made it useless. I was able to apply my annual "professional" software assistant with no problem. It thanked me for getting a new unit. I had full access to the history except for the few days that the old unit stopped working Two days after I got the ne Fitbit Charge 6 working and a complement from Google's Fitbit Charge 6 coach, I learned that the Fitbit Air model was available for a lower price and just the functions that I need--no display but full monitoring and the ability to let me know that it was communication (working) with my smartphone. Aside from the initial reluctance to charge, the new-to-me Fitbit Charge 6 looked exactly like the previous Fitbit Charge 6. At least two prior Charge 6 units had failed early on. One had been replaced under warranty. If I would have known that the Fitbit Air was available, I would have purchased it. The Google Health support offed a discount for my most recent Fitbit Charge 6 but did not mention the Fitbit Air. The new-to-me Fitbit Charge 6 looks new. It has no flaws. The battery seems to be on track to last a week between charges. The screen is colorful and the fit and finish are what I would expect of a new unit. The display keeps excellent time as it syncs with my cell phone multiple times every day.

Works good and easy to set up

I bought this as a gift for my partner who had been wanting one for a long time. The product is great, simple, chic, easy to connect, and has many informative features that can help anyone’s day to day lives. My favorite features are sleep tracking, step tracking, and heart rate tracking. Overall I’d say this product is great for the price!

I love my Charge 6. I wear it everyday. The orange band is a fun color but the plastic smells funky sometimes when you wear for a day or two. I switched ithe band out to a nice brown leather band for a more professional look. The charge last for about 5-6 days until it gets old and then once it stops staying charged in a few years, you have to get a new one.

It is fine. But: I didn't want a large watch like the ones these days, but I didn't want one that is too slim and looks like an activity tracker. Unfortunately it does look like that. All the same it looks sleek. The strap though sticks out as in it doesn't fit smoothly on my wrist; it's not very comfy. I think it's too rigid where it's joined with the watch itself.

Very happy with my fitbit charge 6! I upgraded from the inspire 2 which eventually stopped updating. I found it easy to set up and very comfortable to wear. Clear bright touch screen. I thought been touch screen i would have problems of opening different screens by accidently touching them etc but ive not found that a problem. Overall great value for money ive found so far. Very accurate readings for sleep, steps, hr monitoring. Records all movement and activity. You can easily set your own goals to work towards and alter at anytime. It is water resistant but i havent swam in it yet so cant comment & i usually charge it when having a shower but other reviews have mentioned it is water resistant. You can keep a log of calorie intake, calories burnt, weight and set a weight goal. After a week or 2 of wearing it gives you your personal baseline. Im really impressed with it and glad i went with the charge 6. The app where your info is stored is clear and easy to navigate once used to it. I went with the cream strap and it is still emmaculate condition, i wear it day and night. Very durable. The fitbit also monitors breathing rate, sats and has a useful cycle calendar if required.

Good value Fitbit watch. Works swimming but I’ve not tried it in salt water which killed my previous Charge 5
