So much product for the cost
I use this for specific menus and love the taste when crushed. I was pleasantly surprised at hie much is provided for the cost.

Excellent product and good value.
Bought these after my usual well know brand discontinued them and I could no longer get in the supermarket. These peppercorns are excellent quality and very good value for money. I would highly recommend.

The product is as described - a whole sichuan peppercorn.For cooking purposes it is better to remove the black seed and to use only the hulls/husks as they contains all the flavor and the "spiciness".For making spicy oil the whole peppercorns can be used.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It has great quality and is very good value for money.

Mostly husk, but good for the price
Overall they lack the punch of the proper ones, so you're going to have to use larger quantities than recipes usually call for. Still, can make some nice dishes like 重庆麻辣鸡丁 with them. Also for this price, I really wouldn't ever expect anything better... well, not in UK anyways
