The media could not be loaded. Actually very impressed with this.Just cosmetically it looks lovely. Awesome colours and we have a mustard/blue living room and this blends in nicely. but the actual hoover is great. A godsend for stairs. It has 3 suction levels and for carpet I recommend just keeping it on the highest setting at all times. That does drain the battery faster but it lasts ages anyway and charges fast so it's worth it for that extra power. For wooden floors the lowest setting is perfect.And it's really easy to empty. Recent capacity if you use it the correct way (and not as your workhorse hoover) Love it so far!

Does a great job, love the light on the front, it really highlights any dust. Sadly the battery life is very poor so I can’t give it 5 stars

The reason why I bought this particular hoover because in the description it clearly mentions two batteries well there's only one an simply no room for a spare one in the box so I could have saved myself £70 buying a different hoover same specs ect but I opted for this model because there were two batteries so very disappointed.

Thus is such a robust and well designed product which so far does a great job. It is so powerful that we mostly only need to use the lowest of 3 settings. The bracket for wall storage of the vac and tools is a great design and very functional. Not a big problem with the vac but I had to have contact with the company and their customer service was outstanding, can't praise Erica enough.

Very light, with 3 speeds. So light to carry , that I do the stairs without detaching the head unit. Done my 2 bedroom house in 10 mins . Head unit very handy for the car . Digital display excellent so you know exactly what % is left. I normally charge it after 2 uses when there is 40% left, so I have a full charge the next time I use it. I very rarely use the high speed as its so good . I have an upright vacuum cleaner as well , that I no longer use as this is so good
