I've tried a lot of ashwagandha supplements and these ones are pretty good. Reasonable price and a decent quantity. They don't have much of a taste and I feel I have definitely seen some improvements in overall anxiety and sleep. Worth giving these a try.

I received this item for free from Vine. Since starting the Vine program I’ve gotten my partner into may supplements. Ashwagandha is one of them so I order them anytime I see a listing. This supplement is nice - it’s concentrated so for my partner they only need to take one pill making this very cost effective. When my partner first started taking these we didn’t realize that Ashwagandha can you relaxed and sleepy - so don’t make the same mistake as us and use this first thing in the morning unless you want a sleepy day. This has helped my partner sleep better and generally be more calm. These seem to be a decent quality and I would definitely buy these again.

4.5 stars. The only possible catch for some people - it's a 3 capsule daily dosage which is on the larger side. Won't be for everyone but I think most will be okay with it.Otherwise, the quality seems to be there - living up to past experiences with Horbaach products. And no adverse effects detected.

The good news is that this supplement is made by Horbäach, and I’ve always been impressed with Horbäach products. Their supplements are potent and good quality. The bad news is that the Horbäach Ashwagandha Supplements are fairly large capsules and the dose is three capsules. I hate it when a full dose of something is two, so I’m really not thrilled about having to take three. They are, however, good quality, just as I expect from this company.These capsules are larger than most capsules, they’re larger than the average size cold remedy capsule. They didn’t get stuck in my throat though. There is an ashwagandha smell when the bottle is opened, but I didn’t detect an unpleasant taste. I didn’t have any negative reaction to them, they worked well for me. A bottle contains 200 capsules, which sounds like a lot. It’s a bit less impressive when you realize that at three per day this is a little over two months supply. Even so, they’re being offered for a very good price. I may not like the dosage, but I still highly recommend these ashwagandha supplements. I really do believe this company delivers a good product.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Pretty good ashwagandha supplements. I take one after each meal. I think it's important to take a break every few weeks of consuming ashwagandha otherwise your body will start growing resistance against the positive effects. If done correctly, you will feel more energy throughout the day. This supplement is also good with dealing with stress. It makes you feel more calm despite the stressful situations.

Overall: Recommended! Great herbal product for supporting immune function the bottle packaging is fine and the safety seals are doing the job. Worked for us!
