Well it helped for sure for me and parter :) both 6 months smoke free, and 4 months pregnant 🥰 thanks to quitting! I have been smoking and vaping for many years now. I went on a 2 week trip where I was unable to smoke as much as I would want. I took these with me and they were fantastic. The nicotine content may be on the heavier side، but that is what I was after. They taste fine, but lose flavour after a few chews. They are a bit tough to chew, but I think this is expect so that you can hold it against your gums for some time. You just chew again to get the nicotine going. Slightly expensive in my opinion, but competitive pricing on Amazon.
