A Worthwhile Peoduct
It Works! A sleep specialist on Dr. Oz recommended magnolia bark extract. He said to take only 30 mg, no more. I have been taking it for sixty days and it relaxes me, and I fall asleep more quickly. For the price, this is a great product. I also take melatonin and that's what keeps me asleep.
