Better quality spices. Not too spicy, not too mild.
After having tried most other brands, these are the best Indian masale I have used in the US. They seem to use better quality spices than others. The masale are not too spicy, not too mild. Just right for the Indian taste. I used to get these spices at the local grocery store until they stopped carrying these; so I was thrilled to find them here on Amazon and that too for a great price. On some products like this one shipping is included. We use so many of these that the 5 pack was good for us. About half the pack makes enough biryani for 4. Highly recommended.
