How do you connect these to philips avent pacifiers?

I threaded the loop through one of the small nostril holes in the pacifier and pulled tight.

Public Service Annoucement: I highly recommend plastic over metal. To this day, my 14 year old son has a scar on his cheek from a metal clip on a pacifier holder (NOT this brand!). It is one of my worst mom-moments.

Hello, i want to know the length of clip and elastic string. it seems very short. does your product use for under 3y baby or over? thanks

The length of the elastic loop is 1 3/4 inch and so is the clip, the whole thing measuring 10 inches end to end. I've been using these clips for the past few months and they are a good length for my 1 yr old. it's not too long to get tangled on her in any way.
