How is the usb noise? external power should be better but my current interface (ssl2) has a ton of usb line noise.

The UR-RT2 uses external power. From my perspective I have not experienced any noticeable noise in any of my recordings. Great unit.

Can steinber ur-rt4 4-cannel audio 220v be used? do this audio have a plug in for using in china

Not really sure if that would be safe for the device. It takes a 12v AC adapter so if you find one that fits the back and plugs into the outlets in China, then you should hopefully be fine. Just make sure not to overpower the device.

I have a 2010 mac mini (10.6 operating system) with pro tool 9. Is this compatible?

It should be compatible, just go to your Steinberg’s download audio driver support to get the right OSX updates..!
