The couple times we tried with other brands, no matter how famous a name they were, we always came back to Samsonite. I have used my last one for over 10 years. I shopped for another one now not because of any defects of prior product. It's thanks to the luggage handler from my cruise ship or whoever handled my piece of luggage after it arrived at the airport, somehow they were able to make the handle stuck in a position and hard to move it up or down. After it's been abused for years instead of trying to ship it to a Samsonite repair shop (unlike before pandemic we cannot take it to a shop by ourselves and have to ship it out nowadays) we decided to get a new Samsonite. I have not used this new suitecase yet but examined every single part. It's the right size for tiny me. As always with Samsonite the material is sturdy yet not too stiff, with enough extra pockets/storage for different purposes. Hopefully it will be easier to distinguish from other luggage at the conveyer belt too with the blue.
