Our excellent quality acai berry powder is grown naturally in South America. Acai berry has been part of the local diets for many years, but has recently gained a global reputation due to its high concentration of antioxidants and omega fatty acids adding to the berries nutritional properties. The acai berries are picked by hand from the tree and the flesh is pressed into a pulp. This is quickly freeze-dried and then milled to a fine powder. This purple powder can be added to drinks and smoothies, mixed with our coconut milk powder to make a high anti oxidant/fatty acid drink, we've even added it to cookies, ice cream and icing to get a rich natural purple colour! Available in pouches 100g up to 1kg at great prices. May contain traces of milk, nuts and peanuts. Once the product is in your possession, we would advise resealing the bag quickly after opening or if you decant it into a container ensure it is airtight and completely dry as any exposure to air or moisture will result in the product becoming soft.**
