Such an easy to use and effective solution for thinning hair. Have used this product for years. Can't recommend enough

I have tried a lot of different brands, there are some great ones and some just waste of money ones but for me Nanogen is absolutely the best and i've only just started using it as I was using two other brands that are also in my opinion great. So what makes these better than Boldify or Toppik (Both excellent choices) the fibers fall better, sounds silly but they actually recreate hair that looks realistic and dont over cover your head. The colour match again looks like hair and doesnt over fill areas and the mess around the bathroom is less but still present. Ive also found this product holds better with a sea salt spray, and again ive tried many different ones. This combination also lets you take tops off or tweak your hair without creating obvious patches like some other brands do. Would recommend.

My hair has been falling out due to health issues and a medication I am on.I bought this after trying different products .Im absolutely amazed with the outcome ,just wish it was cheaper but over all a fantastic product

Bought this for my brother as his hair is thinning around the crown and he wanted something to make it look a bit fuller without it being obvious. The colour matches his hair really well and blended fairly easily. It covered the thinner patches straight away and made his hair look thicker without looking fake. You do have to be careful with how much you use because too much can sit heavy and look a bit dusty, so less is definitely better. Once he worked out the right amount, it looked really natural and stayed in place all day. He’s mainly been using it when going out and he tells me it’s made a noticeable difference to how he feels about his hair, he feels more confident. 4 stars because it takes a bit of trial and error to get it right, but once you do, it works well.

This works really well. Can’t recommend highly enough. I’m so happy with results and the appearance. It’s easy to use and has made quite a difference to my thinning hair at the front and has boosted my confidence. Will definitely buy again.

This is a so-so solution for those trying to cover annoying patches where hair is starting to disappear into the ether and scalp is becoming ever more apparent. I've tried a number of these different fibre types over the past few years and my conclusions come out as this: NANOGEN (this product): Quite fine powder, and reasonably expensive, but not great on coverage (quite a lot needed to cover, especially if hair as gone from the area, as powder sticks to existing follicles). Colour seems darker than that stated on pack e.g. medium brown more like a very dark brown, which can look obvious. Lasts well overall (approx 6 weeks with regular use). TOPPIK: Around the same price point as Nanogen, but better on coverage, and colour more natural. Again lasts approx 6 weeks. SUPERMILLIONS: Slightly cheaper than both of the above, colour is okay, and coverage is very good. However powder is heavier than the others listed and seems to 'cling' to the scalp in clumps, which can be very obvious close up. I think in terms of coverage and natural colour, Toppik is probably my personal hair fibre of choice. A final tip is that you probably need to use a light hairspray or the fibre hold spray to ensure the powder sticks better and doesn't blow / wash away too easily.

I've been using this product for quite some time, and I've found it to be highly effective. It's simple to use (the fibres are sprinkled onto your head, in much the same way as you talcum powder), and - once you've got the hang of it - takes less than 5 minutes to apply. Once on, the fibres will stay in place for the rest of the day. I do suggest that, should it be a breezy day, you also use a little hair spray - to help hold the fibres in place. This really does create the appearance of having thicker hair. In fact, this can completely conceal very thinning hair. It won't work if you're completely bald, as it requires you having some hair for the fibres to cling to. These fibres don't 'sit' on your scalp - rather, they rest on your existing hair and make it look like you've got a much thicker head of hair. I have "ginger" hair - and I use the auburn fibres. They're a perfect colour match. If you're not happy about having thinning hair, and you prefer the appearance of having a thicker head-full of hair, then I recommend you try this product. The larger 30g item is adequate for a month - although if your hair is very thin, you'll likely need to use twice as much to create the appearance you're after. The negatives are: (1) these fibres are not water proof, so it rains then you'll need to quickly put a hat on; (2) the fibres almost completely fall off while you're in bed - so they'll need to be applied every day, first thing. And you'll need to clean your pillow case more regularly; (3) in one respect, these fibres are TOO good. Once applied, you'll forget about your thinning hair. The results are great. But when you step out of the shower, you'll find yourself reminded of how thin your hair is! As such, you can easily come to rely on these - and that's not a good thing. Overall, an impressive product. Note: to successfully apply these fibres, you'll need two mirrors - one to look into, and another to see the back of your head.

I can’t believe I’ve being using this stuff for 2 years, tolerating the fact that it doesn’t adhere to the hair. I assumed this it was normal for powders such as this to cover every horizontal surface in the bathroom, as well as my shoulders, pillows, headboards, etc., even after applying hairspray. It was out of stock recently, so I order the Toppik version as a backup. It is a totally different product. It actually sticks to the hair, doesn’t disburse all over the bathroom, hence it is lasting much longer, and I have seen no evidence of it falling out onto any surface that my hair touches. A total game changer even if it is a bit more expensive. Update: Since I’m no longer providing a secondary coating to my bathroom, my first container of Toppik lasted around 6 weeks, versus 3-4 weeks for this version, so it’s actually far better value, without the mess.

Ottimo prodotto, fa quello che deve. Qualità ed effetto finale sono incredibili, restituiscono quella sicurezza che si può perdere quando si hanno dei diradamenti importanti. Si possono usare tranquillamente con la lacca e reggono una giornata senza problemi.

War angenehm überrascht, als ich dieses Produkt ausprobiert habe. Habe sehr lichtes Haar und kann es damit gut kaschieren.Kann es nur empfehlen.

Für kurze Anwendung sieht das Haar völliger, leider verfärbt Produkt ein wenig Hemd und Kissen in der Nacht. Trotzdem ein gutes Produkt.
