Excellent plug and play device for a computer. You do have to install one program but after that, no flaws highly recommended.

Could not get to boot through bios and when i read through windows, showed only 6 gigs of data in total

Great product support. When I've had questions or problems, they've been very helpful.The games are great, everything works, and however many thousands of games the numbers say are missing are the games you wouldn't play, anyway.I am very happy with this product and with this company.

This works out of the box. Would rather it all be set up in LaunchBox so we could just upgrade to BigBox. But LaunchBox and RetroBat both worked. Didn't test Playnite. There some games that don't work but I have only found 1 so far.

Fantastic work! The second I opened the box and saw a drive that looked like a cassette, I grinned ear to ear, and crossed my fingers that this would truly be plug and play. I'm happy to report that it was/is.I've played around with DIY Batocera setups myself for many hours, but never achieved anything as simple and exactly what I was looking for as this. I really couldn't be happier. I plugged it into a PC for a first test and it just came right up. For my second test, I plugged it into an Atari VCS as I was really hoping it would work on this system and it does. An excellent supplement to the Atari VCS. Controllers paired right away, and I was up and going within minutes.I don't write many reviews, but I love this collection, packaging, pricing, and homage to retro gaming so much that I just had to share my high praises. If you're like me, and love these games, but don't have the time, patience, or know how to do it yourself, then this is a fantastic choice. Have fun gaming!

500gb model is loaded and works perfectly

Bunch of strange Japanese games, not that many popular ones, plus you have to use their interface, you can't access the roms directly and use your own emulator.

Don’t buy this this is horrible I try to figure out everything for past 2 hours nothing is simple everything is so difficult then when you start it the settings are horrible it’s terrible it’s bad on my controller and keyboard I can’t believe I got my hopes up for this I want a refund definitely
