As a book lover and avid reader I want to recommend this great little book light. I purchased mine in 2022 and I use it every night. It is lightweight and clips firmly to your book. It is easy to adjust the position and light level, and it provides many hours of use between charges. It is durable when handled with reasonable care. It is one of those "I don't know how I got along without it" items.

Better than I expected. This book light is a great product when considering the brightness selections and the sturdiness of the piece. And the charge lasts forever! Love this product!

I love how lightweight it is, yet still sturdy. The grip is fantastic and doesn't fall off easily. Pretty color, noticeable differences in the the brightness options to best fit my need. Clear, well spread out light and the bendable neck is easy to move and stays put. Battery life is impressive for its size and having three brightness options. Especially since the brightest option is pretty dang bright! Works well for what I bought it for and I will be buying in other colors.

Another Amazon winner, for me. I love everything about this book light-- it's very small and light (so easy to both use and conveniently store near reading spots), it offers three light levels with just a click for each, it clamps onto all the books I've used it with without wiggling or damaging book or pages, and it's almost as cute as a puppy! Okay, that last was an exaggeration-- nothing's almost as cute as a puppy-- but it's pretty durn cute. I haven't had it long enough to know how long the battery charge lasts, but I did read a 500+ page book with it, with no signs of battery fade, for what that might be worth...and since it charges with a usb, I don't see battery life as a major consideration, because I don't foresee being in a situation in which I'm going to be reading more than the 500+ pages I've already seen it last through, without being able to conveniently charge it. For this reason I'm giving it 5 stars for battery life-- I don't know how long other lights last, but this one has already shown it meets my needs, with no sign of flagging. So, I'm really glad I decided on this lamplet, and would buy it again-- no buyer's remorse here!

This is a winner of a light with just one major drawback. Functionality is simple, one button, USB C. The clamp is among the best I’ve tried, though others open larger. This one offers the best temperatures in my opinion. Others have harsh cool temps, and excessive amber temps. This one nails the sweet spot. The only major drawback is it uses micro USB…major bummer. Every other light I reviewed, even another Vekkia, were all USB C. Too bad my favorite light had to be micro USB, oh well. Just about perfect otherwise. Love this light! I was worried about how it might droop because several lights I’ve had before did that, but the neck on this one is very strong and flexible so it can bend easily by hand, but once in position, doesn’t droop because of turning the pages or gravity. There are three light settings, but the dimmest setting works well for me as I read at night and I can see both pages of my book easily. As for the battery life, it’s very good. In the summer quarantine, I reread all my old fav books and would put it on the charger before laying down to sleep. At the end of august, I brought it with me to college and tucked it away. It’s now October and I haven’t charged it since I came but when I grabbed it to read the last Trials of Apollo book, it still had juice! I read whole book almost exclusively at night and used the light so as to not bother my roommate and it didn’t die nor did I ever charge it. That’s about 1.5 months of no-use-no-charge and maybe 10ish?? hours of use, so pretty good I think. Jan 2023 update: I still have this light and it’s still great. I haven’t charged it in about a year, nor have I used it (I switched to an e-reader) but I keep it on my bookshelf. I was searching for clothes in the dark and needed some light and grabbed it and it still works. After so many months on standby and not charging, this darn thing still shines bright on setting 3. I’m super impressed by the battery life!

Gutes Licht, leicht zu bedienen

This is a great reading light that allows me to keep reading in darker settings. It offers three colour temperatures and three brightness levels for each colour. It is super lightweight and can easily be clipped to books of any sizes or Kindle readers. I have now used it for many weeks and still have not had to recharge it once. The only drawback is that I find it is a bit too bright to use in bed without disturbing the other sleeper.
