It's a pretty AND basic. Very soft, price was great for me.

Honestly, I was worried about the straps not holding up because they seem thin but so far so good. It's a nice good sized bag. I wouldn't put a laptop in it but my iPad in it's case fits nicely. I'm happy it zips instead of having magnets. It makes it feel more secure. It has inside pockets for quick grab of key, cell, ID, etc. It's a nice bag, but I really wouldn't call it a tote.

I loved the bag however the way it was packed marred the bag by creasing it. I had to return it.

I decided to try out this tote during the time I was looking for a bag for a recent life change that would require me to carry a tablet or laptop around. While this tote is big enough for them, the design combined with the fact that I basically live out of my purse proves that I can't use this bag for the tablet or the laptop. There's no protective, dedicated pouch.The pouches that are included are a zipper pouch on the outside, a zipper pouch on the inside of one side of the bag, and a pouch with no zipper in the inside of the other side of the bag. The rest of the inside of the bag is what I like to call 'open-concept," meaning there are no build in dividers or sections in the center of the bag.Even though I generally like purses that has sections, this stylish bag has replaced my old purse. I like that the straps are adjustable. Very smart move, IMO, because one of my biggest bug-a-boos regarding purses is the strap length and comfort under my arm.This bag is also a security upgrade for me because it zips shut. My last bag had terrible magnets that acted like they were just there for decoration.So far, I haven't had any shoulder issues with this bag, but if I start to I'm sure that's nothing that a strap pad can't fix.

Straps and inside are of good quality. The outside is also of better quality than other purses I've owned. Easy to wipe down and keep clean. The zippers aren't cheap nylon plastic. The straps are comfortable on my shoulder even with significant weight of what I'm carrying. Straps come with several punch holes to adjust the length needed. There is an inside zipper pocket, but I do wish there had been more than one main pocket to separate items. Very happy and it is stylish enough for daily and evening use.

This bag is gorgeous. It looks just like the pictures. The material is soft, and it looks expensive.It even has a slight "real leather" smell, which I found impressive. My best friend has a Coach bag that is real leather, and she honestly thought this was also real.I don't use it for super heavy things, so I can't comment on sturdiness. I wouldn't feel the need to put my laptop in there, but with the buckle instead of a continuous strap, I would worry about comfort if I were using it for weighty things. It's great to take a wallet, keys, and some of my daughter's toys, though!
